As a lawyer, I have spent may years as a courtroom litigator. 

I have been an insurance defense bad faith and BI litigator; as a business and real estate litigator; a mediator; an arbitrator; a federal ad law hearing officer and a state court magistrate. I taught at three law schools and taught paralegals at two colleges.

I practiced law in England for two years and earned an extra law degree there.

I offer $400 an hour know-how.....for about half that amount.

Specialties: I am an effective negotiator during the litigation process because I know what I am doing after many years of practice. I can resolve most cases early on....before they grow beyond all reason. This is a skill that doesn't inform most t.v. legal dramas, but my clients surely appreciate it.
