Our law firm's founder, David V. Luu, is an attorney that represents clients in the California Superior Court, and in the Central District Bankruptcy Court. Mr. Luu has extensive knowledge and experience in the areas of business law, real estate law, personal injury, and bankruptcy law. Clients of the firm can be assured that every case with the Law Offices of David V. Luu is entrusted in the hands of attorneys with reliable litigation experience.
In every case we handle, our attorneys work with clients to have a clear understanding of the case objective. Of course, achieving those objectives often involve the evaluation of many different options. Sometimes the option that makes the most sense will be informal settlement negotiations. Other times the best option could be the filing of a a bankruptcy case in the Central District Bankruptcy Court of California. And, litigating a personal injury, real estate, or business dispute in one of the Superior Courts here in Southern California is another option. Of course, each case is unique and we do not make the mistake of assuming that one solution will work in all cases. Taking the time to work with each client so that they understand their options and laying out a plan to deal with the obstacles ahead truly is more than just good business practice, it is the foundation for success.
