We found Mr. Shalchi on Avvo and after a couple consultations, we hired him for a rather significant litigation related to trademark infringement. He works by asking for a retainer, and as soon as the retainer is "consumed", he asks for another retainer. That means he is constantly being paid in ad...

Replied last December 27, 2023Sadly, this review is nothing but false statements and mischaracterizations. Everything was clearly explained in advance and throughout the case. All work was performed at a high standard and resulted in a successful and very cost-effective outcome. Despite your preference, complex federal court litigation is not free.
