Recently, when confronted with a serious legal matter, I found myself needing a top-tier attorney, one who could go to bat for myself and my family and fight for justice on our behalf. With little experience in this area, I began by calling several firms in the OC area. On each call (I made five) I w...ould speak with the attorney and ask various questions, looking to get a feel for their specific experience and overall level of confidence as it related to my legal matter. When I spoke with Navid, it was immediately clear that my search was over (he was my final call, and the best call). He took the time to speak with me, and learn about the serious predicament my family was facing, and he asked questions that made sense to me. I also felt like he was very sincere in telling me about the realities of the case, but above all he convinced me he could handle it like nobody else. We retained him, and I’m happy to say he and his coworkers delivered on all fronts. Communication with them was efficient and effective, and on more than one occasion they went above and beyond to do what needed to be done, even after-hours. At the final hearing, it was literally like a scene from a movie. Navid, while defending us, respectfully but forcefully explained to the judge some intricate parts of the law that the judge apparently didn’t fully understand or remember at the time. The judge conceded and then literally looked at him and said, “You’re right.” This exchange led to the exact outcome we had hoped for, and we can’t thank Navid enough for the work he and his coworkers put into our case. I went in with a preexisting case because my attorney retired and met with Navid. He didn't have a problem with taking over the case and walked me they the steps we would need to do moving forward. Navid and his team kept me informed and up to date and couldn't have been more knowledgeable on the law.... I would recommend anyone looking for a GOOD attorney to have a consult with him first. To whom it may concern, My boyfriend hired Navid after two very bad experiences with two other lawyers. Let me just start off with his staff. His staff is very attentive & professional in everything they do. I do have to point out that his team member, Lucy is AWESOME! She really knows how to... do her job. They are not intimidating & you can tell they really do care & are concerned for their clients. Meeting Navid, tbh I was a little hesitant as my boyfriend’s previous lawyers were all talk & no show.. but in less than 5 minutes in his office he proved & showed to us that he is very knowledgeable about the law & you can tell he really does care about your case.
