Outcome Navid was able to negotiate a significant reduction of spousal support, including getting me other stipulations I was looking for. I will not share his strategy, you will have to call him for that, but what I will share is that I am very impressed with his approach to the case and how well prepared he was. Background When you get divorced things are not always easy, in fact they could be out right difficult. In my case, I thought I could handle things on my own (meaning no attorney), partly because we were agreeable at the time (you might feel that way to, but a few years down the road your thoughts will change) and partly because I did not feel like I could afford it. Be patient, but listen to Navid and file your RFO in the beginning. Regardless of how you feel or whether or not you want to negotiate, get the RFO in. It will start the clock. - Navid does not work by himself. He is your strategist and point man (only if you request it). He has a team of individuals that will do various jobs. You will need to work with the team and remember that it is your case. You need to take the reins. - If you do not know what is going on, if you have questions, if you see something wrong. Speak up! It is on you.

Moshtael Family Law is in my eyes a AAA law firm. I was skeptical at first, but after I seen Dan the man in court. I was convinced this law firm was no joke. Took 4-5 appearances in court to get a restraining order dropped. It was'nt Moshteals fualt was the long list of B.S. that my son's mother was ...claiming. Words of attempting to kill someone is'nt anything to take kindly. My son's mother, her father, and her mother. Were all testifying against me that I was planning to kill them. This was a act of trying to over turn our main appearance in court. Our main appearance is still to come, but I feel confident in the law firm handling my case. Dan is a savage in court. Ask for Dan to handle your case he's in my eye's probably one of the best family court attorney's I've seen in court. My son's mother's lawyer looked like a fool. In fact he was so mad when he lost that he started arguing with the judge. Lol this is a guy that was trying to push that I have anger problem's, when he could'nt hold his composure.
