had interviewed couple of family law attorneys before I met Navid . As soon as I met Navid I knew he will do the job . My divorce case is some what complicated that involves child custody , lot of money and very unreasonable spouse . Case was going against but Navid was able to turn it around compl...etely. He is very knowledgeable , aggressive ,extremely passionate about family law and works very hard . Most family lawyers are good enough to handle most cases ,but if you need an Attorney who can put a strong fight in front of the judge- Navid is your guy !. He thinks quick on his feet and knows exactly how to act in front of the judge . His fees is reasonable and also has amazing staff . He is ALWAYS available to speak even on the weekends . I would suggest to meet him before the hearing /trial for an hour or so to go Over the case . He is always prepared but because he is very busy this would ensure he doesn't miss any important points . My case is not over yet and will post final review soon . So far he is absolutely fantastic !

I went and interviewed many different lawyers/firms for my divorce as I was lost and confused as to my rights, the letter of the law, processes, procedures, etc. I finally decided on Navid Moshtael because I had been refered to him by opposing counsel from another county who had worked on a case agai...nst him. He said that Mr. Moshtael was very knowledgeable and did not play games to waste time and money dragging out cases and to have opposing counsel say that, it really meant a lot. I had already been going through the process of getting divorced for almost a year and a half when I finally hired Mr. Moshtael. He came in and got things done quickly and efficiently, as well as clearly walked me through everything in order to make sure not to add any more stess to the already stressful situation. The Moshtael team pays attention to detail, manages your expectations, and makes sure they address all of the needs of the case so that you don't have to continually keep going back to court. I would hands down recommend this firm as they understand the law as well as manage the client's expectations of outcomes from the beginning which are two very important factors in hiring representation.

I would first like to say that I had a very complicated case which was given to Navid with only 2 weeks to prepare for a trial which included getting my kids back from their Narcissistic father and go to trail on a move away. In a complete state of panic I began looking online and reviewing yelp re...views for a number of attorneys. I felt completely hopeless….. After much research and numerous reviews of the state bars records, I sent a message to Mr. Navid Moshtael. I was impressed from the beginning because he responded to me on a Saturday. Not only did he respond, he took his time to listen to my concerns, and was very honest and frank with where we were at with my case. Without paying him a penny for his time, he outlined what his plan would be and how he would address the issues at hand. You know that gut feeling you get? Well I got that, and I knew he was the one for me and my kids. I also did my homework and spoke with a past client of his who also spoke very highly of Navid and referred to his as “a god in the courtroom.” THAT’S what me and my kids needed! I met with Navid the following Monday where he spent over an hour listening to me and how we got to where we were. And it was a lot! 6 years of mess. Not only was he professional and didn’t rush me, which I deeply appreciated. He was genuinely interested in what was going on with us and was very honest about the multiple ways that my case could be approached and went over all of the possible outcomes. In this free consultation, I had already received more information than I had received after spending $8,200! I knew he was the one at this point. He’s a very bright and strategic man. The communication that I had between Navid and his assistant Kim was everything that I was looking for. I had a bad taste in my mouth from my previous experience and they were very sensitive to that. Not just Navid, but Kim spent HOURS (at my request) going over every note, police report, picture, e-mail ect all while taking notes while I explained everything. She was creating her strategy! Every time I went to the office or received an e-mail from either of them, I ALWAYS felt my heart breathe a sign of relief. I also want to say that every e-mail I sent, I got a same day response, unlike my former attorney that would take up to 5 days to respond. To me this is unacceptable as you hire attorney’s for council that is sometimes needed right then and there, that’s what your paying for! This was the worst experience of my life and I even ended up in the emergency room with hives from head to toe that’s how bad I was stressing. Navid never made me promises and I appreciated that. I didn’t feel like he was trying to reel me in with false promises just to get my money. His concern is very genuine. Navid handled the day with ease despite the many curve balls thrown. I was very impressed. Prior to our trial the opposing council tried to intimidate and bully Navid and he wasn’t having it. Navid is very professional, he knows the law and he presses forward and doesn’t waist time on the drama others like to cause. In the courtroom: Navid was very professional, and did not have any problem challenging the judge on certain laws that he knew were not being followed. He navigated things with such finesse that he got the judge to throw out the previous evaluators testimony (which was a miracle) and challenged other important things. He quoted case law and codes and when all was done I got my babies back! I know for a fact that we have a corrupt legal system. If you want an attorney that know’s his law, is not intimidated by the judge or opposing council, Navid is the ONLY one you need!
