I hired Navid and his team recently after several attorneys in the area that I live, which is San Diego, declined to take the case due to my missing the filing deadline to submit a response to my ex-wife‘s appeal on support. I was told it was unlikely that any argument would sway the appeals Panel ...given it was literally months overdue. My divorce has been going on for close to eight years which included a four day - all day, every day trial. Ugh!!-)….. High conflict with multiple financial complexities intertwined and mixed with other personal Complexities Navid, Dan and the team ……. within 48 hours ….had a response prepared. I’m still not sure how they did it, but not only did they have the response prepared but we were actually granted An exception to file a full brief response!!
