Navid, Karissa, Bret, Kimberly are the Avengers team. They absolutely crushed it for me. In a complicated case where other lawyers just burned my money, Navid, Karissa, and their team hit it out of the park. My first experience with Navid and his firm was watching him in a deposition of a close family friend. Calculated questions, a calm and confident demeanor, and a subtle compassion for the deponent filled the air. His strategic line of questioning was enough to get the job done that he didn’t need to ...flex his bulldog capabilities like so many attorneys often do in order to put on the pressure. He was incredibly aware of his ability to achieve his goal while not having to break the deponent down. What an ethical, yet terrifying attorney to be able to have such poise all while subtly discrediting a witness. I couldn’t even be mad because he was It wasn’t even mean. It was that moment that I knew if I ever needed an attorney, I wanted it to be him. A few years later, I found myself in a position where family law attorney fast to protect myself and my children. I communicated my desire for something fair and equitable, and in the best interest children; all of which she supported. He reassured me that it’s best for children when their parents settle and can amicably coparent. The following day he started on my dissolution and custody case. Unfortunately, the news was not well received by my ex and things quickly escalated to domestic violence. I hired Navid and his team recently after several attorneys in the area that I live, which is San Diego, declined to take the case due to my missing the filing deadline to submit a response to my ex-wife‘s appeal on support. My divorce has been going on for close to eight years which included a four day - all day, every day trial. Ugh!!-)….. I’m still not sure how they did it, but not only did they have the response prepared but we were actually granted An exception to file a full brief response!! Navid saved me from what I thought was a good decision to not spend the time or money to file a response and take my chances… Something you never wanna do in divorce court in California!! thank God for Navid and his team because without them stepping up to the plate in literally the shortest amount of time you could possibly give someone ( not even 48 hours) they have saved me probably tens of thousands of dollars in additional fees plus more time in court. They filed a response that was so detailed and so well written, even My core divorce attorney told me it was one of the best appeal briefs she had ever seen. This is the first law firm that I have ever put my name on as one I would recommend and refer, but I absolutely would, and do put my name on their work, level of competency and understanding time frames being critical & of the upmost importance. Also i would say overall they really do care.. I just don’t believe anyone could provide that sort of Service without caring about their work & clients
