Moshtael Family Law is in my eyes a AAA law firm. I was skeptical at first, but after I seen Dan the man in court. I was convinced this law firm was no joke. Took 4-5 appearances in court to get a restraining order dropped. It was'nt Moshteals fualt was the long list of B.S. that my son's mother was ...claiming. Words of attempting to kill someone is'nt anything to take kindly. My son's mother, her father, and her mother. Were all testifying against me that I was planning to kill them. This was a act of trying to over turn our main appearance in court. Our main appearance is still to come, but I feel confident in the law firm handling my case. Dan is a savage in court. Ask for Dan to handle your case he's in my eye's probably one of the best family court attorney's I've seen in court. My son's mother's lawyer looked like a fool. In fact he was so mad when he lost that he started arguing with the judge. Lol this is a guy that was trying to push that I have anger problem's, when he could'nt hold his composure. Dan and me were escorted out by the sheriff in the court room. If your looking to hire a good law firm I'd say look no futher!

I recently retained the Moshtael Family Law firm to represent me in a DVRO case. I had filed the DVTRO using a different law firm. However, two days before my scheduled hearing, I decided to switch law firms because during the three weeks of my TRO, I realized that I was dealing with an extreme narci...ssist with other severe mental instabilities. The opposing counsel had been aggressive with his tactics and was showing signs of narcissism himself. I realized I had a high conflict case on hand, and I needed the best lawyers with lots of experience dealing with narcissists. After my initial phone conversation with Navid, I decided to retain his firm because he demonstrated his dedication and experience. In fact, it was a Sunday, and Navid took the time to reach out quickly since he knew my hearing was in two days. He laid out his strategy for my case after hearing my side of the story. He analyzed how the opposing counsel may fight the case. I worked mainly with Erin Noonan and Dan Knowlton for my RO case, and within one month they helped me obtain a five-year DVRO. Erin has been very organized and helped me sort through the mountain of evidence. All my interactions with her has been enjoyable. She speaks openly and frankly. She has a way of putting my mind as ease, which has been great help for me mentally. Whenever I asked her to do something, she responded timely and with a high level of professionalism. Dan was the lawyer that did the deposition on the respondent and appeared at all my hearings. Dan is witty, focused, and has great strategy. I honestly enjoyed watching him in action in court. He asked great questions, and with lots of respect and grace. I believe the judge was able to observe Dan’s respect for the court and everyone involved as well. He is logical in his questioning. He is also humble and discussed things with me openly. Dan helped me prepare and stay focused in the cross examination, which was the part that gave me the most anxiety. I was a victim in domestic abuse, and the opposing counsel did not hesitate to re-victimize me. However, Dan helped me center myself and focus on my facts. I believe I did a great job in the cross examination because of that. I am so glad I retained the Moshtael Family Law firm. I did not have a particularly strong case, and it sure was high conflict. I am thankful to everyone involved, especially Dan and Erin, for giving me this best outcome that I could have hoped for.

I Hired Navid after meeting Few Family Law Attorneys. As soon I met him i realize he is the guy who can help with my complex case that involves Child custody, Domestic Violence , large asset and unreasonable wife. He has really good staff who also helps to put together a solid case. Lucy, Ron and... Aaron are extremely detailed oriented and responds to my email normally within 2-3 hours! Navid also replies and answer my questions over the weekends even though he is busy with his family. laws are Laws and all family law attorneys can handle basic work but, If you want some one who will put a good fight in front of the judge then Navid is your guy!. I didnt reliaze how good he is until we went in front of the judge. His responses are quick and thorough. i had couple of concerns which i spoke to him about and he carefully listened to my concerns and gave me a honest explanation without getting offended. We are still in the beginning stage of a long and expensive divorce. I will include details in upcoming weeks once the case move forward. So far we are very pleased that we hired Navid.

It was pleasant working with Navid through a messy divorce case. Navid was a good listener, always prepared and had a solid game plan. The divorce case presented several curve balls along the way, from CPS involvement to inexcusable restraining orders. Navid expertly knew how to navigate the process ...and provided some level of calm. Navid was timely in filing the necessary paperwork and very prompt in responding to questions.
