Navid Moshtel is very smart, experienced and knows the vagrancies of family law. He is an attorney of professional integrity and ethics, which unfortunately, is not a frequent find in Family Law. His retainer, hourly fees and billing rates are fair. He is assignment-efficient and won't "paper the ...file" on his client or his opposing counsel--an important benchmark. Navid knows the personalities and temperaments of fellow Family Law attorneys and Judges in OC Family Law, which is a big help in developing case strategy and communicating to same . He is courteous and cordial towards client, judicial officers, and opposing counsel alike. However, he has no reservation, problem or challenge in rising to the occasion in effectively addressing the belligerent or vexatious opposing counsel who wants to inflame, litigate and inflate the issues in the case--or the Judges who entertain such behavior. My comments in this review come from first-hand experience with Navid, who has "book-ended" my case, has been critically effective at the beginning and now as it's winding down--where other more widely known firms and personalities stumbled and fumbled. I give Navid my highest recommendation.

Navid Moshtael is an excellent divorce attorney, and holds himself to a high standard. He is timely in filling necessary motions, and returns emails promptly. Every issue I brought forth was followed up and resolved. In court, he has an expert understanding of the difficult issues of family law, and... a commanding presence. He is clear, concise, and professional. In my case, many lies were being presented against me. Navid has an aggressive style, and was able to accurately state the law. Navid has taken good care of me thus far. Our working relationship started just 10 days ago and I've been impressed with his prompt attention, professionalism, expertise, strategy and bed side manner.
