Navid Moshtael

I hired Mr Moshtael to help me collect money owed to me from a divorce settlement and to help me get child suppprt from my daughter. He is absolutely gifted in his use and interpretation of the laws to protect his clients and serve his clients needs. I honestly have never witnessed a lawyer object wi...th credible legal grounds so many times and just shut down the other side leaving silence. instead of being stressed and sad to be in court situation. I was smiling as he worked to hold my ex husband and his lawyer accountable to the process. If you are dealing with a family law issue and your ex spouse is a bully or won't pay. He is your guy. He won't back down and watching him drown out the other lawyer in their own nonsense was a relief. He is my champion. I am long overdue for the back up. I feel safe and relieved for the first time in 4 years. I can't wait to start getting some of the money I am owed and need for my children.

My best bit of advice is you get what you pay for. Mr. Moshtael is an enthusiastic, focused, knowledgeable and determined individual and has absolutely blown me away. he is extremely aggressive when need be yet calm and calculated. I hope to never find myself on the opposite side of the table as this... man because no doubt the opposing attorney I would be sitting with would pale in comparison. I have been battling either divorce or custody for the last 7 years.
