I was in a court battle for almost 5 years with little results. After ONE day in court with Jim Wellman, I FINALLY got the outcome that I deserved!! Not only did he keep my custody schedule as is, he was able to keep my Spousal Support the same even though my ex was trying to have it completely stopp...ed. Last, he got my child support increased!! It was a GREAT day in court!! Erin and Kim did an amazing job communicating with me - answering my endless questions and getting all my documents prepared and file. Last - but not least - Navid. had interviewed couple of family law attorneys before I met Navid . As soon as I met Navid I knew he will do the job . My divorce case is some what complicated that involves child custody , lot of money and very unreasonable spouse . Case was going against but Navid was able to turn it around compl...etely. He is very knowledgeable , aggressive ,extremely passionate about family law and works very hard . Most family lawyers are good enough to handle most cases ,but if you need an Attorney who can put a strong fight in front of the judge- Navid is your guy !. He thinks quick on his feet and knows exactly how to act in front of the judge . His fees is reasonable and also has amazing staff . He is ALWAYS available to speak even on the weekends . I would suggest to meet him before the hearing /trial for an hour or so to go Over the case . He is always prepared but because he is very busy this would ensure he doesn't miss any important points . My case is not over yet and will post final review soon . So far he is absolutely fantastic !

I Hired Navid after meeting Few Family Law Attorneys. As soon I met him i realize he is the guy who can help with my complex case that involves Child custody, Domestic Violence , large asset and unreasonable wife. He has really good staff who also helps to put together a solid case. Lucy, Ron and... Aaron are extremely detailed oriented and responds to my email normally within 2-3 hours! Navid also replies and answer my questions over the weekends even though he is busy with his family. laws are Laws and all family law attorneys can handle basic work but, If you want some one who will put a good fight in front of the judge then Navid is your guy!. I didnt reliaze how good he is until we went in front of the judge. His responses are quick and thorough. i had couple of concerns which i spoke to him about and he carefully listened to my concerns and gave me a honest explanation without getting offended. We are still in the beginning stage of a long and expensive divorce. I will include details in upcoming weeks once the case move forward. So far we are very pleased that we hired Navid.
