Biography
Since obtaining his law license in 1995, Mr. Gnau's focus has been obtaining results for clients as quickly as possible. As a result, Mr. Gnau looks to obtain the maximum client result and determines on a case-by-case basis whether the best way of achieving that result is by pursuing litigation or engaging in ADR. Sometimes cases need to be litigated and some cases need to go to trial for resolution. Mr. Gnau has represented numerous clients at trial and other San Diego lawyers refer their litigation cases to him for trial. This approach also flows over into the family practice where the client's best result does not come from endless continuances and delay but rather by getting the matter before a judge and achieving a decision. Mr. Gnau started his own practice in 1995 and has continuously grown the practice to the multi-attorney, multi-faceted law group that it is today.
