We wanted to purchase a house which we’ve been renting for 2 years and the landlord wanted to sell our house, and we would love to purchase it. Recovery From a DUI Collision in North County

After viewing numerous injury lawyer websites for the entire San Diego County, I relied on a word-of-mouth referral and contacted Walton Law Firm. At the time, I did not realize how this choice resulted in an immensely helpful partnership and benefit toward my legal claims. I introduced myself to Red...mond, who immediately provided me with guidance and options to explore. I explained I was one of several victims involved in a DUI collision where there was loss of life for one person and another with bodily injuries. Furthermore, I spent one week in the hospital, reflecting on how fortunate I am to live and recover from multiple bone breaks, concussion, and many other critical injuries. Over the course of the past year, Redmond listened to my concerns and reviewed my situation as the case developed over time. In addition, Redmond invited Randy for supplemental guidance - and eventually both were by my side, educating me; handling logistics with medical billing, legal and court documentation; and then translating the terminology into practical, easy-to-understand language so that I can make informed decisions about representing myself in court and on paper. Redmond also joined me in court for initial witness testimony, offering me support as well as evaluating the testimony of others who were witnesses at my auto accident. After discouraging court delays, both Redmond and Randy remained vigilant and persistent in representing my short-term and long-term needs (financial, medical, and legal). In all, counseling from both Redmond and Randy has helped me with decisions and choices leading to my satisfaction with the financial settlement. Even though the civil case has technically ended, and auto insurance claims were distributed, the criminal case for the DUI driver continues. Redmond has offered to join me as I relive this experience. Since the first phone call, Redmond’s values and his commitment to the client are certainly above-and-beyond my expectations. Randy and Sarah also provided comfort and support during my recovery process. The San Diego area is populated with various accident and injury lawyers. Yet, I can say the entire team at Walton Law Firm has my respect. Great Attorney and team

"I wanted to share our experience with Walton Law Firm. We hired them after our mother suffered a serious fall injury, dislocating her hip in her skilled nursing facility—an injury that went undiagnosed and ignored by the staff for over 15 hours. Worse, the nursing home initially told me she had fall...en but was 'fine.' When she was finally diagnosed, she was taken to the hospital, where she remained for several days. My mother has dementia, and the entire ordeal set her back significantly. A lawyer friend recommended Randy Walton, knowing his extensive experience in cases against nursing homes. It was an excellent recommendation. Randy and his team investigated our case and pursued a lawsuit on my mom’s behalf. Friendly and efficient law firm full of amazing people

Last year my boyfriend and I were in the backseat of an Uber on I-8 when we got rear-ended. It was bad. The rear bumper came all the way into the back seat where we were sitting, and it is a miracle we weren't killed. We all suffered pretty serious injuries, including the Uber driver. We all went... to the hospital via ambulance, and thankfully I didn't have any broken bones. My boyfriend got a pretty big cut on his face, but overall, we were okay, just really bruised and sore. Not long after the accident we decided we should probably hire a lawyer. My boyfriend's mom was aware of Randy Walton and Walton Law Firm so we called Randy. We feel lucky that we did. It turned out that the insurance situation was complicated. The driver who hit us had a low insurance policy, but Randy and Kristen were able to open a large policy that covers Uber drivers. That turned out to be so important, because as time went on, the back pain I was feeling from the accident didn't go away, and I needed a lot of medical care. Plus, it was impacting my job at Starbucks. Anyway, the Uber insurance company eventually offered its entire policy, but that had to be divided among all the injured parties, including the Uber driver. It all took a little while, but at the end it was really worth it. Randy and Kristen were able to get me to better doctors and ultimately got me more money than I thought was possible. They were really friendly and welcoming, and great about keeping me informed as the case went on. I would highly recommend them if you have a personal injury case.
