Walton Law Firm- Trustworthy, Professional and Highly Recommended
I was involved in a serious car accident while on duty as a San Diego Law Enforcement Officer. Because I was on duty, workers compensation insurance covered my medical expenses, but I also knew I had a case against the driver who hit me. I hired Randy Walton of Walton Law Firm to handle the case for me and his office took care of everything, including dealing with the work comp lien. Randy and his staff were professional throughout the course of the case, and at the end I was happy with the result. In today's world it's hard to find somebody you can trust and has your best interest in mind. Randy is that guy. He's easy going but tenacious with his job. He will make you feel comfortable and keep you informed throughout the process. I give Randy and his office my highest recommendation.

Harley Davidson Highway Crash
I am writing to thank you with all of my heart for the work that you did for me after my near fatal motorcycle accident. Although the Harley that I was riding did not make it through the accident, I did. But I only made it after almost five months in the hospital and various surgeries. You made that long, painful voyage tolerable. You came to visit me at each stage of my recovery just to check in on me and did all the heavy lifting with three different insurance agencies and multiple hospitals. If it was not for your outstanding negotiating skills, legal writing and amazing personality I would not have been made whole in the settlement. You are not only an amazing lawyer but you are a caring and decent person. I am a retired Marine Corps colonel and was a lawyer in the Marines for over 24 years. I have been teaching lawyers, legal officers, paralegals and both military and civilian judges. I have been teaching civilian law students since 1994. I have supervised and evaluated hundreds and hundreds of attorneys across the United States and in Japan. I remember you from over 20 years ago when you were a law students and even back then you were head and shoulders above your contemporaries. I may have taught you something about a being a trial lawyer, but when I needed someone to navigate the extremely complex area of personal injury, I knew where to go. You needed to teach me! You did and you never left my side and left me with questions which were unanswered. I am forever in your debt. I am back to riding my Harley Davidson TriGlide and I will carry you in my heart for good luck. Of all the attorneys I have dealt with since 1975, you are in the top 1% of all of them. I was the victim and you made me a winner. I would enthusiastically recommend you to anyone who needed a personal injury lawyer. You are the King!!!!!

Randy is your Guy
Randy and Sarah were the first genuine people I had contacted out of many. I thought this process was going to be a nightmare, but because of these two, it couldn't have been any less painless. The communication was quick and professional. At no point did I feel like I was in the dark and felt lost in what was happening. For this reason a relationship was built quickly and it was clear that I had made the right choice.

The Go To Law Firm
Bottom line: This is absolutely the firm to go to if you need a personal injury lawyer. Why: I met Randy 10-15 years ago in a course we were both taking. He was a genuinely warm and friendly guy - like you know you'd become friends if you were neighbors. We didn't maintain contact, but I remembered him a decade plus later when I was researching options following a car accident. My experience with him as a client exceeded my already positive impression. During this time and unrelated to the car accident, my life became quite challenging. Randy went out of his way to offer support and encouragement that I didn't expect nor ask for. It was always clear that the number one priority was my well-being. But wait, there's more :) The cherry on top is Sarah, Randy's paralegal. Sarah and Randy are both cut from the same "good human being cloth." With kindness and grace, Sarah made the nitty-gritty process as smooth as could be. I trust this team implicitly and highly recommend them.

A six-star law firm
Recently I had occasion to engage Randy Walton and his firm to represent me on a legal matter. I found Mr. Walton very competent and well versed in the matter before us. Not only did he know pertinent statutes, but likely outcomes. He was able to explain them clearly to a non-attorney like myself in such a way as to avoid any ambiguity about my matter. Mr. Walton’s competency is also recognized by other professionals insofar as he has been engaged annually to speak to physicians at the annual conference of the California Association of Long Term Care Medicine on the issue of nursing home care and neglect. In 2006, he was invited to speak on the same subject at the California Bar Association’s annual meeting. Whereas knowledge of the law is something one might expect of any competent attorney. What distinguishes Mr. Walton is his empathy, his personal concern about his client and the effect a particular legal matter has on his client’s life. That is a consideration, I believe, that most attorney professionals tend to ignore. Me Walton has also been heavily involved in his community for over a decade. Currently he holds an elective office as a member of the San Marcos City Council, and has worked with organizations such as San Marcos Youth Baseball, San Marcos High School Surf Team, Valley of Discovery Education Foundation, and the Ridgeline Protection Taskforce. He is also a founder and board member of The San Marcos Promise, a non-profit that provides guidance and support to San Marcos students on their journeys to college and career. When all is said, Randy Walton is a good man. I can think of no better recommendation.

Caring and Professional
I reached out to Walton Law Firm to get some advice after I was getting the run around from an insurance company in a claim that I made. Randy Walton took my call, heard my story, and then gave me some really helpful suggestions to help me fight back on my own. Mr. Walton made me feel really comfortable, and explained to me how these insurance companies think. While I didn't have a case that his firm would take, he helped coach me through it and he didn't charge me for his time. How nice is that? We are lucky to have lawyers like Mr. Walton in North County.

My experience with Walton Law Firm
My experience with Walton Law Firm was really great. During my morning walk, I was struck by a car whose driver couldn't see me because of the morning sun. I suffered serious injuries in the accident, so my son thought I need a lawyer and found Randy Walton. I am really glad he did. Remarkably, the police who investigated the accident ruled that the accident was my fault, saying that I walked out in front of the car. That didn't seem to bother Randy, who told me not to worry about it, and said we would sue if we have to.  Well we didn’t have to. In just about four months of representation, he was able to get me the entire insurance policy of the person who hit me. This money is going to be a big help to me and my husband in our retirement years.  I highly recommend this law firm.

Best Legal Eagles in San Diego County
Finding a parent dead at a Rehab Center can be devastating and emotional tragic life event that no one should go through. This was the only firm where the actual Attorney was the first contact. The Walton team (Randy, Luke & Sarah) were amazing, honest and supportive. They did all the hard work for the best outcome that could be expected when a family is fighting a big corporation. In our experience we can honestly say that they are the "BEST" Legal Eagles in the County and we are grateful.

Walton Law Firm
Our Grandmother was mistreated by an assisted living facility. We found ourselves thrust into a legal situation for which we had no preparation, knowledge or experience. The facility had a team of powerful attorneys and it seemed like we were in for an uphill battle. I contacted Randy Walton based on reviews online I had read. When we called, Randy responded immediately, took the time to listen and proceeded to take the necessary steps to quickly resolve our stressful situation. He was able to negotiate a settlement for us during a time in which we were grieving and not up for a fight. Honesty, kindness, and compassion are not words often associated with attorneys, but in the case of Randy Walton, they fit perfectly! If your looking for an attorney for Assisted Living neglect or abuse, I highly recommend Randy Walton.

Great Experience
My son was hit by a car and had a serious and possible permanent arm injury. I was referred to Randy by a friend who was an Assistant City Attorney in San Diego County. Randy had a case against this the city and won the case for his client. My friend had so much respect for Randy and his law firm that he still referred me to Randy. That says a lot! I do not write many reviews. However, we were so happy with the outcome of our case, I simply had to tell SOMEONE. There was never a time that I called the office and was not able get an answer to my questions. Though Randy’s door always seems to be open, his paralegal, Sarah, is a huge help. I would certainly refer anyone to the Walton Law Group.

Excellent Lawyer
No one wants to have to hire a lawyer, but when we needed one, we are so glad we talked to Randy Walton at Walton Law Firm. We are small business owners in San Marcos and we knew Randy from his work in the community and as a prominent North County lawyer. Randy took over our case and help guide to a resolution that, under the circumstances, we never thought possible. Randy explained everything to us in great detail, kept us informed, and was always happy to answer questions. We could tell that Randy has a passion for helping the little guy, and we would highly recommend him and his law firm.

car accident
I was driving with my family in downtown San Diego, when we were hit by a driver who ran a red light. My husband and son suffered minor injuries, but I was hurt worse, and ultimately needed surgery. I had a history of neck problems, but in the days after the accident my problems got very bad so I decided to call a lawyer. Since I live in North County, I wanted a local lawyer and found Walton Law Firm. I can't tell you how happy I was with the way my case handled. Randy Walton and Sarah Earnest guided me and my family through the process, made sure all my medical bills were paid, and got a good settlement for all of us .I would definitely use this law firm again, and would recommend them to my friends and family. Thank You

On Duty Police Vehicle Collision
On November 23, 2014, I was involved in an on duty police vehicle collision. I was hit by an uninsured motorist driving a rental car. My work took care of all my medical bills but there was no policy for pain and suffering. I suffered a fractured back, lost 7 teeth and was concussed. I suffer long term damage in all of the areas. With no insurance company for the driver I was given 15,000 from the rental car company which all went to my work. I asked around and everyone told me I had no avenue to turn to. I knew I had uninsured personal vehicle insurance but everyone told me they wouldn't cover me. I called Randy Walton and I remember being very nervous, I had never been involved in a personal injury lawsuit. I will be honest I had my doubts about the "Ambulance Chaser" persona. Randy was none of that. His office was open and clean, he was so laid back and professional. His staff was nice. Nothing I had imagined. I asked Randy that day if I had a case and his answer was, "Let me call around and look into it". Right then I could tell he had no big ego, he was willing to check with his colleagues. This meant a lot to me knowing he was willing to do research on something he had not quit seen. To settle a personal injury case involved with a work comp case you had to wait until all medical and therapy was done and your work comp case was closed. Randy checked in on me through the months and made sure I was doing well. When my work comp case was finally settled Randy dug in and found everything on the books about my own personal insurance used for driving a work car. My insurance company agreed with Randy and paid out my policy. I cant thank Randy enough for his professionalism, his kindness through my very rough days, and always returning my emails and phone calls within hours. Randy is hands on with your case, not some assistant or paralegal. This was my first experience with a personal injury lawyer but I have heard of nightmare stories. Randy made a terrible time in my life calm and manageable. I would refer Randy to family, friends and anyone needing help.

Car Accident Client Review
Attorney Randy Walton and paralegal Sarah Ernest were an incredible help! They were both supportive and fair when guiding me through my case. I always felt support from the both of them. I've heard about ugly cases, especially from lawyers who are either dishonest or incredibly rude to their clients. Luckily I never received ill treatment from either of these exceptional individuals and never had a bad experience with them. They know their stuff thoroughly and I had an easy time resolving my case thanks to them. I highly encourage anyone in the area to either get a consultation or hire Mr. Walton for whatever you're considering a lawyer for in what he covers because he'll truly help you as he is passionate, dedicated and hard working, as is Ms. Ernest!

Best personal injury lawyer
I work for a large telecommunications company and got in a bad accident while I was driving the company truck. The accident wasn't my fault. After the accident, my shoulder needed surgery and I missed a lot of work. Workers compensation insurance took care of my medical bills and some of my lost income, but it was recommended to me to consult a lawyer to see if I had a case against the person who hit me. I called Walton Law Firm and am really glad I did. Mr. Walton was easy to work with, and took care of everything. Even though the driver who hit me didn't have a lot of insurance, Mr. Walton was able to collect all the available insurance, and then get my medical lien reduced to the point where I was able to walk away from the case with a decent settlement. I would definitely recommend this law firm.

Walton Law Firm Came To Feel Like Family
I am so grateful that we hired Randy Walton after our major accident. Walton Law Firm wasn't a big machine...it definitely felt we were not going to fall through the cracks or get lost or forgotten. Everything was so well taken care of. To have those medical bills just rolling in, and being so damaged physically and emotionally as we were at the time, to just be able to stick them in the scanner and send it to you the firm was such a blessing. Plus, I always felt better after Randy came and talked to us. Everything that Randy explained to us that could and would happen...happened. We could not have asked for things to be handled in a better way.

Walton Law Firm Took Care Of The Hassles
I was working as an EMT when my ambulance was hit from behind by a drunk driver on I-5. I was injured and taken by ambulance to the hospital, and the drunk driver was arrested and jailed. Because the driver was arrested at the scene, it was very difficult to find out his insurance information. Plus, because I was working, I received workers compensation benefits, and the work comp company wanted to be repaid for the benefits I received. It was a complicated case, so I decided to hire an attorney to sort it all out. Walton Law Firm was able to locate the responsible insurance company, sort out the complicated workers' compensation lien, and to obtain a settlement for me that I was really happy with. Randy and Sarah answered my calls and all of my questions, and explained the process all the way through.

Personal Injury / Elder Abuse / Assisted Living / Arbitration - EXCELLENT
Randy worked with me in a case where my mom had a serious "accident" at an assisted living facility. His excellent communication, expertise, explanations, and thoroughness resulted in a very good outcome. I could not give a higher recommendation! He and his office were readily available. Randy was superb at the "business" aspect, but was also compassionate in the process. Thank you Randy.

Amazing lawyer who cares about his clients
I was subject to abuse inside a drug rehabilitation facility. At one of the most vulnerable times of my life i didn't know where to turn. I got very lucky to have to have found the Walton Law Firm, who represented me in a lawsuit against the facility. Throughout the process, Walton Law Firm was caring and knowledgeable, and had my back the whole time. The terms of my settlement are confidential, but I can say the settlement amount went far beyond my expectations. The money is going to be a major help as I start getting my life back on track. I can honestly say this law firm has made this process a very smooth one for both me and my family.
