Biography
We provide legal services to a select group of clients both locally and internationally in a variety of industries for such things as corporate structuring, the purchase and sale of assets, employment disputes, franchising, asset protection planning, and real estate acquisition. Our clients are represented at all stages of the process including planning, mediation, litigation and/or arbitration.
We approach each matter as if the client were a close personal friend or a family member regardless of whether it's a "business" or individual as every business represents individuals in the most fundamental sense.
We view each case with an eye towards quickly and efficiently solving the problem presented all without compromising our client’s ultimate goals.
