Ben has worked for insurance companies and large corporations during his tenure as a partner for a large statewide insurance defense law firm. Since forming Tryk Law, Accident Injury Attorneys in 2012, Ben has taken great pride in helping injured victims rebuild their lives piece by piece.

Slip and fall

Slip and fall cases are very difficult. Nevertheless Ben and his team of professionals accepted my case against a very large retailer. It was settled pre-trial for a fair amount. I was treated truthfully and with respect. If you have an honest case, Ben and his team will have your back. I pray I’m not found in this type of situation again, but if I am, Tryk Law will be who I call. Thank you Ben, John, and Nichole ❤️

Absolutely amazing, kind, Helpful n honest ! Love them

I am so very Greatful for thier kindness and help. They took me under thier wings and took care of me like i was one of tbeir own. They truly care for each client, and will do everything possible to help you. They took me even though it was an impossible case and they fought hard and won ( im spiecal like that :)) sorry ben n my john lol.. i love you both! Excellent Experience & Great Result

I am very happy with the result achieved by this lawyer and his firm. I hired them to take on my car accident and I ended up with a more than 100k in my pocket after all bills were paid. He did everything he said he would and although seemed busy at times, he was responsive.

Ben and his staff were there every step of the way and I am ecstatic about my result!

I was injured in a car accident and wasn't getting anywhere with the insurance company. I felt like I was getting a runaround and a family member used Ben and his staff and also got a good result. I met Ben, hired them on the spot and they immediately took over handling of my case. They got policy limits from the insurance company and some money left over for me after my bills were paid. I am satisfied with my result and would recommend this lawyer and firm to others.

Amazing Law Firm- Amazing Lawyer

Mr. Tryk and his staff were very professional. Whenever I had questions regarding my case Mr. Tryk would return my calls personally or even meet in person without an appointment. Ben is in my prayers he did a wonderful job!

He handled an injury matter for me and I didn't expect much but they ended up recovering more than 40,000 for my family. He was very responsive to me and my requests and my congregation prays for him regularly.

My case settled!!!

His office handled my case against Walmart and it settled after we started our trial. I am very happy with result. I was told I had a very tough case and was dropped by another office after my case was filed and 2 months before our trial date. I am very grateful that Ben picked up my case and saw it to the end.

He helped us when nobody else would and resolved the case to our satisfaction.

We tried to settle our car accident case on our own and the insurance company led us to believe they would settle with us and then our case was set to expire and the adjuster told us to get an attorney because he could not get us an offer before the filing deadline. We frantically called more than 20 attorneys and finally he agreed to help us two days before the deadline. He filed our case and resolved it within a month of the filing. I feel that we would have lost out if we didn't find his office.

Seemed young but got the job done and I am very satisfied

I hired his office to handle my slip and fall case. I was a little skeptical because he looked very young to be an attorney but seemed very aggressive. I was told from the beginning that my case would not be easy because it was a slip and fall case. We went to court and took testimony of store employees and he proved that the store lied about performing regulare inspections of the property. After this was proved, he received an offer to settle. The offer was a very generous one and we settled the case without a trial. I was very happy with my result and he even helped me set up a structured settlement so that I could be paid out over time.

I would recommend him!!!!!

Handled my motorcycle accident. The police report said I was at fault but he was able to prove that the accident was not my fault and he recovered the most I was entitled to under the other driver's insurance.

NEVER should have hired him!! He does not care.

We hired Ben 4 years ago after my husband was seriously hurt . He seemed like he cared at the time. However, as time went on it became apparent that all he cared about was himself. He did not fight for our case. Instead he used all the information and documents we gave him ..... and used it AGAINST US. Now 4 years later my husband is still in pain everyday. EVERY SINGLE DAY. I don't feel he tried very hard at all to win our case. My husband is injured for life. He will never have use of his arm again. Ben DID NOT do what he promised us... He said he was a fighting lawyer and that our case was clearly something he was able defend and win. It took a long time to be able to write this review, 4 years, because of all the heartache we still face , day after day. He did not consult with us on the last day in court. He just never called again.

Slip and fall

I was very dissapointed with Tryk and how he took my case. Doesn't truely care about his clients at all was very rude. NEVER will Recommend him at all. He just tricks you into belive he wants to help you. I wouldn't even give a 1 star.

disappointed and made me feel helpless

I was very disappointed that they advertised being able to help I drove an hr away for them to tell me that a slip n fall was difficult to handle and also told my story for them to say no they would not take my case they referred me to another law firm who also said no because tryk wouldn't take it they wouldn't. It's hard to find any attorney that doesn't just want to make a quick buck
