I used Andrew to handle the sale and gun transfer with my close friend. I gave Andrew my gun and all the ammunition which was 250 to 300 rounds of ammunition. I have a screenshot of Andrew stating in an email he had counted 250 to 300 rounds in his possession at his office. He advised me to sell the ...gun in a package deal with the ammunition to get the most for my gun. I made a deal with my close friend for a set price including the ammunition. My friend went to pick up the gun yesterday including the ammunition. He met with Andrew and Andrew stated he does not know where the bullets are and all he can provide is the gun??? WTH?? This is theft this is robbery gross negligence irresponsibility how do you lose bullets!!!! If he lost them he needs to replace them! I've been leaving messages emails and I even texted his wife Michelle and they are not getting back to me! I have a upset close friend of mine that thought he was getting a great deal and now he got ripped off and so did I! I have no other choice but to go to small claims court and contact the State Bar and file a complaint in regards to this situation! So do I recommend this attorney to handle a gun transfer with ammo absolutely not!

Andrew and his law firm are one of the rare gems you find in difficult situations. He never lowers himself by attacking the other person, which can't be said for the opposing attorney. He keeps everything above board and keeps to the facts. He is upfront on all factions of my case and gives his bes...t opinions on moving forward. My divorce is very difficult and has numerous problems but he and his staff are always there to answer questions, no matter how trivial, even on weekends. He cares about his clients and makes you feel as if you are his only client. One of the biggest things for me is communication and both him and his staff are always there when I need advice the most. You will not find another law firm that has such outstanding qualities and will truly fight for their clients, no matter the circumstances. I would highly recommend them to anyone in my situation.

A few years ago Andrew's firm represented me in a custody trial and most recently Andrew represented me in a child support modification case. Initially, I had *thought* this was just a simple child support modification as I had 100% visitation and thus I respresented myself, I mean, how hard could i...t be? To explain the situation, I show up to court and the father lied on his Income and Expense and the judge was not asking for any proof about his claims to hardship (he lied about medical bills for his other child) and then with no legal explanation, she deviated from the dissomaster thus dropping my support by 20% based on unfounded lies! As soon as the initial hearing was over, I walked out and called Andrew because I needed a professional to represent me in what was becoming a battle. I explained to Andrew what had happened and what my intentions were. He told me honestly it was not worth pursuing because the money I would make up would not cover the cost of what we had to do to prove father was lying. I appreciated the fact that Andrew outlined that for me prior to moving forward with the case, which, I did decide to do and we eventually settled satisfactory. Being a professional in the high tech industry, I appreciated Andrew's work ethics and communication style, he is easily accessible via email and phone and his response times are very quick, beyond expectation. In dealing with the opposing counsel, he was professional yet firm, not afraid to call out the inconsistencies and had greater legal knowledge than the opposing counsel, he really shined in front of the judge. He holds himself with a quiet but firm gentleness. I had a sense of collaboration and partnership with Andrew, he listened to my concerns, which ones I desired to be brought up to the judge and he delivered spot on!
