Christopher C. Walton is the founder of Walton Law APC, an award-winning firm with offices in Southern California and Western Washington. Mr. Walton concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury, nursing home abuse/neglect and employment law. Early in his career, he spent several years defending insurance companies and corporations. He now dedicates his practice exclusively to helping people who have suffered injury or a violation of their rights in the workplace.

Mr. Walton earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication with a Minor in English from Western Washington University, where he was listed on the President’s Honor List. He then went on to obtain his Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law, where he graduated with honors, cum laude. While attending California Western, he was regularly listed on the Dean’s Honor List and awarded the Dean’s Merit Scholarship for superior academic achievement. He was further awarded the American Jurisprudence Award for academic excellence in Trial Practice, Advanced Mediation Advocacy and his Clinical Internship. In his final year at California Western, he won the Environmental Law Negotiation Competition and was selected to compete nationally on behalf of the law school.Â

Following law school, Mr. Walton gained invaluable civil litigation and trial experience working for reputable firms on both the defendants and plaintiffs side. Prior to founding Walton Law, he was the Managing Partner of Webb & Walton, LLP.

Mr. Walton remains active in the community by volunteering his time with the Service Members Civil Relief Act, where he protects the legal rights of members of our military while they are deployed. He also volunteers his time mentoring law students through mentorship programs at local law schools. He was previously elected by his peers to serve back-to-back terms as Co-Chair of the Elder Law Section for the County Bar Association.

In 2021, Mr. Walton served as the President for Consumer Attorneys of San Diego. He is presently an Eagle member of the Washington State Association for Justice, Whatcom County Bar Association, San Diego County Bar Association, North County Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of California, and the American Inns of Court, Honorable William B. Enright Chapter. He is admitted to practice law in both California and Washington.
