Gregory M. McCarty joined The Kindley Firm, APC in 2008. His current practice areas include personal injury matters such as, automobile accidents, construction accidents, bicycle accidents, motorcycle accidents, and nursing home abuse/neglect.
Mr. McCarty’s goal is to help injured persons and their families through the uncertainty and turmoil that can occur after an accident. He believes that the best representation is created by building relationships with his clients and paying attention to their individual needs.
Outside of the practice of law, Mr. McCarty enjoys playing music, spending time with his family, and attending Chargers and Padres games.

Knowledgeable and Hardworking!

Professional and Ethical
Greg was hardworking and knowledgeable about the legal aspects of my complex case. He was protective of me (the client) during various meetings and exams and explained what to expect at each step of the lengthy process. He was professional and ethical at all times.
