Luiey Haddad is an amazing attorney

I was charged with DUI and was flooded with an uncertainty and fear of what may happen and how this could effect my career, ability to drive, reputation, etc. Almost immediately after being released from jail, I began receiving an overwhelming amount of solicitations from lawyers and law firms all over Southern California. I chose Mr. Haddad and have been thankful everyday since. He was compassionate toward my situation and always square with me. He was there every step of the way, always staying in contact and advising me of the next steps. Once retaining Luiey, my fear was gone and I knew I was in good hands. At a fair price, he got me the best deal that I have heard of to this day given my situation. He was even able to beat my DMV hearing and allow me to keep my license while my case was pending. I would highly recommend Mr. Haddad to my friends, family, and anyone in need of a top notch attorney.

Professionalism, experience, and skill = RESULTS

Initially I had my case handled by a public defender, and the case was handled very poorly. I switched over to a large law firm I had seen advertised on TV in San Diego, and they were just as evasive and incompetent, only much more expensive. After several years of court appearances and the issue dragging on and on, Mr. Haddad resolved my issue in a week. I never appeared in court and he got my community service reduced, my probation removed, and my court fees knocked off. For the first time since my arrest, and throughout the process I felt that someone truly had my best interests in mind, and kept me well informed. He worked out a payment plan that was affordable for me and a fraction of what the "TV lawyers" charged me to string me along. I cannot recommend Mr. Haddad highly enough. His professionalism, experience, and skill made me feel like someone was on my side, and the results could not have been more favorable.

Luiey G. Haddad earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He then earned his Jurist Doctorate Degree from Indiana University School of Law, Bloomington.

Focused on helping you 24/7

A friend of mine recommended Luiey Haddad to me and I would like to do the same for you. When I first met him I felt assured I was in good hands because of his attention to detial and good ideas on how to handle the case. I was extreamly impressed with my first court appearance seeing how quick and aggressive he handled the court room, getting my case seen first. Such a Life saver !!!

A bit embarrassing but I was arrested with a DUI back in September. I had no idea what I was doing or what I was going to do about it. A friend of mine recommended me to Luiey Haddad. Lease agreement, Contract

Mr. Haddad took on a case against our property management company. Our lack of knowledge on rental/lease agreements could have put us in a financial burden. He took on our case, handled all of the communication, and was very accessible for questions/updates. Our case was resolved in less than 10 days, it was easy/clean. Throughout the entire case, Mr. Haddad was highly professional and compassionate. The case was a very difficult one from a legal standpoint and through his knowledge of the law he was able to get an unexpectedly excellent result. He was there for me not only in the legal sense but in an emotionally supportive manner as well as this was the first time I was ever arrested. When I heard him talk about my case, I got confident that he would get a good result but never expected the case would get completely dismissed as it did. He also represented me in my DMV hearing and won that for me as well resulting in no suspension to my license. I would absolutely recommend him. Great DUI Lawyer

Luiey was the only lawyer I called that was able to set up a face-to-face consultation to discuss the possibilities of my case and the fees associated with his services. All the other lawyers I called only talked to me through the phone and I think it was meeting Luiey in person that sold me on retaining him to defend my DUI. He is a very personable and charismatic lawyer and I felt very confident having him defend me after he outlined all the different ways he can approach my case. He was able to get me a very unlikely wet-and-reckless even though my BAC was almost double the legal limit, I also had a lying to a police officer, and another possible Drunk In Public charge in another county. Very attentive, answers all your questions incredibly timely, and appears for you in court. I would recommend Luiey 100%.

Not only minimized short term damages but also the long term effect.

Mr. Haddad was able to reduce both of my DUI charges to lesser dispositions with drastically less short term costs and long term effects - which all other lawyers advised me they couldn't do. He has a very competitive cost which makes him the most cost effective lawyer I've found. He always made himself accessible and easy to communicate with. Not to mention he was later able to have these charges completely removed from my record...priceless!

Personal, Effective, and Informative Lawyer-Mr.Haddad's A Good Choice

I am a professional and my DUI was extremely uncharacteristic; I learned my lesson. However, I was fortunate to have been recommended by a friend to have Mr.Haddad assist me in my case. He is a very courteous and informative lawyer. He walked me through the different legal circumstances that could affect me due to my DUI and explained the rational for the different actions he would take on my behalf, of course with my prior approval. Ultimately, Mr. Haddad was able to clear my record of my DUI, which was fantastic. Nonetheless, in hindsight it was Mr.Haddad's personal approach to my case during that time that made a huge difference knowing the legalities of my situation would be handled properly and at a reasonable fee. One less thing to worry about- Mr. Haddad is highly recommended.

Thoroughly impressed

I contacted Luiey on a recommendation from a friend and boy am I glad I did. I was facing a DUI, Hit and Run, and possession of Marijuana. These charges could have easily landed me in jail with an exorbitant amount of fines - effectively ruining my life for the foreseeable future. Not only was a luiey able to get the DA to drop the Hit and Run/Posession charges, but also got them to lower my DUI to the lowest sentencing tier available. I avoided jail, community service, an extra six months of court mandated classes, and the requirement to install an IID in any vehicle I drive. I am incredibly grateful for and impressed with the work he did for me, and would highly recommend seeking his services out in time of need.

DUI Assistance

I had trouble from a DUI on the east coast when I moved to San Diego. I attempted to handle the issues on my own, and really got no where. I was recommended to the Haddad Lawfirm by a friend, and decided to to give them a try. After meeting with Luiey, he began the process of communication and arbitration cross country. Even with the time difference and dealing with state employees, Luiey aggresively pursued answers and resolutions. need a good hungry attorney?

Very surprising how good of an attorney Mr. Haddad is. Surprising in the sense that you wouldn't figure he's as knowledgable about the law and the process for how young he is. But nonetheless, made me feel comfortable during the whole process, communication was beyond my expectations. Great work ethic and doesn't treat you like most attorneys. And by that I mean he doesn't just take your money and run. Definitely get your monies worth
