If you were charged for DUI, Josh Price is the lawyer you need to call. I am an active duty E-6 and was pulled over doing 90 mph in a 75mph zone and arrested with a .12 BAC. After I got out of jail, I started searching the internet for a lawyer and came across Mr. Price. I read reviews for many di...fferent lawyers but none sounded as promising as the reviews left for Mr. Price. I called his office and was able to come by and talk to someone the same day. I could talk forever about how easy it was to retain his services, how reasonable his price was, and how convenient he makes it to contact him during your case, but I won’t because when you hire him, you’ll understand. So, does he get results you ask? After 18 months and 12+ court appearances, Mr. Price got all charges against me DISMISSED! Prior to my arrest, I had a clean criminal history and thanks to Mr. Price, I still do. Even more important, he saved my career. I am still in the military and working toward retirement thanks to Mr. Price. This would not have been the case if I had been convicted. Being charged was a horrible experience but Mr. Price gave me the peace of mind that I had someone looking at every little detail of my case and leaving nothing to chance. In court, he was polished, professional, and ensured every detail was thoroughly discussed, documented, and understood by the court. His knowledge of, and rapport with, the Judge and DA assigned to my case left no doubt in my mind that Mr. Price is well known and respected. The DA never stood a chance. Every argument and counter argument made by Mr. Price resulted in the Judge agreeing with him. Seeing Mr. Price in court and talking with him outside of court often made me wonder if I was his only client with the amount of attention he gave my case. I'm writing this review to let any prospective clients of attorney Price know that my experience with him was not only successful and an education in itself but it left both my record and his record unblemished! Attorney Price told me that he was undefeated in .08 cases and I'm proud to state that hi...s record is still unblemished given our success and mine is as well. I was found not guilty on the two counts I was charged with! I was very thorough in my search for an attorney after my first ever DUI stop at the age of 63. I interviewed approximately 10 attorneys five of which were in person. One attorney essentially hung up on me on the phone! One or two of the other attorneys were supposedly some of the best attorneys in town for these matters and one has a very high profile office and reputation. I found out later that that particular attorney was telling me a lot of untruths just to get me to sign up for his exorbitant fees. I found out most of the time he didn't even show up in court but had delegated cases to others. Attorney Price was very knowledgeable, very approachable, understanding and extremely competent. One attorney I interviewed actually told me that if he had a DUI that he would want attorney Price to handle his case!!! I was pulled over for weaving and then arrested on two counts for driving under the influence and having a PAS test of 0.09 and a breath test at CHP of 0.08. Attorney Price was always easy to get ahold of and was either picking up the phone when I called or calling me back within a short time. His presentation in court was very professional and obviously convincing to the jury given the fact that I was acquitted. This having been my first time of ever being arrested or being in court I was very much in the dark with regard to procedure and the ins and outs of being under such scrutiny. Attorney Price took the time and had the patience to explain things to me in a way that I could understand beyond the technical and legal procedural terminologies. Attorney Price isn't the least expensive attorney in town and initially I had a problem with the fee but he's also not the most expensive and given the result the fee I paid was well worth it especially after I saw all the time effort and work he put in on my behalf. I truly believe that I chose the best attorney for DUI cases in town. "Price is worth the Price"!!! Attorney price had negotiated a very good plea for me but I had the confidence in him to take my case to trial because I could not afford a criminal conviction on my record and felt that he could get the job done. He was also was able to keep me driving on the road during the nine-month preparation for my trial. My license was not suspended as he was able to prolong my DMV case until the results of the trial were in thus eliminating the need to appear finally at the DMV. In closing of this recommendation and review of attorney Price I want to state that I learned a great lesson, we were successful, I got my life back and I'm forever indebted to his fine work and dedication. Stop looking and hire this man right now. When I was arrested for my 1st DUI I was confused and had no idea where to turn. Joshua Price is the most professional, knowledgeable attorney which whom I have dealt. I went to him for a consultation after totaling my car and getting charged with two DUI misdemeanors. The odds were against me. My BAC registered between .17 and .18 on all four tests I was administered.
