Money for no case returned

DA rejected my case due to no evidence, I paid 5000 so this attorney will defend me! I found out there was no case, they had the audacity to say I was going thru a nasty divorce which I never mention that supposedly they told the DA, DA rejected my case,, I informed attorney received a letter from D...A with nothing to prosecute for me. I asked for refund , attorney promise to refund 5 000 , he told me a refund is going to you never saw my money. Honesty is my porogative, not his. I’m suing him now,,, He said you have no proof I’ll let the judge be the judge of me

Not good

Brandon Naidu PRIVATE DUMP TRUCK!..I hired Brandon Naidu to take my case. He is not an aggressive attorney hes aggressive about keeping your money and since I'm out of Thousands of dollars and almost payed with Years of my life!. I choose to inform YOU before you make a major mistake!. Whatever the D...A says he agrees with ZERO FIGHT IN HIM.He had my case for months and did NO WORK or took the time to listen. I have a prior felony conviction. I can tell what attorney is for money and which ones our for results and reputation. I FIRED HIM. Only reason i give him a star is because you have to for the review
