Professional and Knowledgable

Brandon represented me on a moving violation in San Diego. He completely took care of all the details for me. When all was said and done the violation was dismissed. He truly saved me a great deal of time and no points on my driving record. I highly recommend Brandon Naidu, he is extremely professi...onal and knowledgable.

2nd DUI

Attourney Naidu represented me for a 2nd Dui charge I received 9 years after my first. He was able to get me very minimal conviction. He was very detailed about the whole process and made sure I felt at ease. I never had to worry about anything during the process and after conviction he has always be...en available for any questions I’ve had about my probation. He even showed up at court when I found out I had a warrant when turning in community service paperwork at the business office. He reassured me that everything would be taken care of and walked me through everything, putting me at ease. With a new baby and full time job, Attourney Naidu was worth having on my side!

Goes above and beyond! Works miracles!!

Researched the heck out of lawyers and firms in San Diego after getting a dui. I got two previous ones when I was in my 2nd and 3rd yr of undergrad. Now a working professional in a very moral-based field, I was worried a mistake I made would ruin my career. Luckily because it had been over 10 years t...hat the last dui occurred, Mr. Naidu was able to negotiate, work with a network of colleagues and really advise my best move. I will be going back to him for my expungement in 3 years. I have referred my friend who is a Doctor to Brandon, because he truly is the best lawyer you can find!

Agressive and Knowledgeable

Best decision i ever made in hiring him in my DUI case. Was with me every step of the way and supported all my needs and questions i had. Would recommend him to everyone in their time of need. Worked a great deal with the courts so i could continue on with life and move forward. Extremely honest and ...trustworthy. He will work for you and get you what is best for you!

He's the one you want on your side!

Patient. Knowledgeable. Truly cares about the cases he takes on and makes sure to get the best possible outcome for his clients. While his expertise is DUI, he brought this reviewer’s first-time 484(a) misdemeanor charge down to a pretrial diversion - community labor hours - which brought the case to... a dismissal at arraignment. He travels extensively for the benefit of his clients and is very reachable.
