About two years and some months ago my life was stripped away from me after I was taken advantage of my a so called friend. In 2024, my son who just turned 18 years old had been taken advantage of his kindness. My son was basically used as a “Blind Mule.” There are key events that I will not get into, but my son was arrested for transportation of a controlled substance. It weighed over 130 pounds. Russell and the prosecuting attorney decided that the best course of action was to have my son stand before a Grand Jury. Weeks went by and we got our day in court. The prosecuting attorney advised the Judge that the drug charge is being exonerated and that the case is being dismissed. The judge told my son, “You are a free man.” Russell and Nathalia are a super incredible team. If it wasn’t for Russell and Nathalia, my son would of not walked out of the US Federal court a free man. Our son was looking at a maximum of Life in Prison with a mandatory minimum of 10 years with a $10 million fine. Because of Russell and Nathalia’s hard work and dedication, my son walks free.
