Best Family Lawyer

Anything I write about Roseline will only be an understatement. I can't be lucky enough to have her represent my case. As a matter of fact, I had some family law firm represent my case, but after meeting Roseline, I requested her to represent me instead. Everything that can be pulled off in a family ...court happened in my case. It started with one case, and then came another, and it kept coming. Roseline is an excellent lawyer, very intelligent, dedicated, composed, and she has seen it all. Her background in criminal defense distinguishes her from other family lawyers. The way she cross-questions and represents in court is speckles. Her questions were direct, to the point, clear, and logically conclusive. The way she plans for court appearances, draft responses, and everything she does is something to learn from. She carries so many years of experience, at times, it felt as if she was reading Judge's mind. She has such a pleasing and cheerful personality, on meeting her, all my worries would just vanish. With her by my side, I always felt comfortable in court. She not only represented my case well, she is also a great life coach. The world will be so different if all lawyers were like her. Roseline is a genuine and honest person.

A big NO for family law

I am not sure how she is as a criminal lawyer but as a family lawyer, definitely a FAIL. Unfortunately she does not appear to have a grasp on the subject matter involving family law; she surrounds herself with incompetence; and she is argumentative to the point of egotistical. I understand that fu...lly grasping the law can be a life long challenge, however this lawyer acted more like a fish out of water in which I feel I ended up paying much towards her family law education. I wish it was just money that I had laid out but I also lost a lot of time, spent a lot of energy and did not fare well in regards to a precious piece of property. On more than one occasion it was requested that I provide information that took usually hours to prepare to only have it not included or used at all. I am really not sure that she didn’t mean to use it or it was accidentally left out by her or her staff since none of them ever seemed to have a handle on anything. One staff member didn’t have the ability to transcribe a single sentence...tried several times but just couldn’t copy a sentence...from one source to another as it was written, and even filed court documents with the mistakes. As far as bedside manners go, I get that some lawyers are a bit gruff, but hopefully they have the experience to back up their demeanor and make it work for them. That was not the case here. Family Law issues can be extremely emotional and are usually during a time where your life is being somewhat upended. The last thing that I wanted and even more so expected was to be yelled at and argued with and explained to by a lawyer who thought they were so right even when they were so blatantly wrong. A little humility would have been greatly welcomed.

Hello, we are very sorry to hear that we weren't able to provide you with the best possible service. Family matters are certainly emotional for those involved but it is my job to do my best to provide you with accurate legal advice. Sometimes this may not be what a client wants to hear but it is all in the effort to resolve the situation quickly and in a way that is best for all involved. It is never our intent to be argumentative but to simply educate my clients on all matters of family law. Additionally, we did make a mistake on our side and in an effort to correct that mistake, we did not charge you for that portion of our services and promptly corrected the issue. We are more than happy to discuss this further with you if you would like to contact our office.

REPRESENTATION

I had the pleasure of working with Roseline during the Temporary Restraining Order fraudulently imposed on me by my ex wife. I found her to be extremely professional, prompt in her communications with me, always called back, and most important, gave sound legal advice that made sense even to me. In... fact, she went way above and beyond my expectations. Dealing with the relentless paparwork, discussions with my ex, and representation in the courtroom, her outcomes were second to none. The TRO was ultimately dismissed! I give my strongest recommendation for her to represent you, you will not be disappointed.

HORRBILE MANNOR

I called a few attorneys to ask a few questions before my husband hires them. I was helping him while he was at work. My husband is a US soldier. He has a family case in CA, we are stationed on the other side of the country. I asked what her retainer fee was. She refused to tell me. She said (even AF...TER I stated we are stationed on the other coast) that she would not discuss this with us over the phone and need to have a sit down consultation and asked if we are free next week. I told her that we can not afford plane tickets just for a consultation. She requested my husband calls her when he gets off work. My husband calls her and had to ask at least 4 times what the retainer fee was. She wanted to know our payment information and case number so she can bill immediately. ummmm....we were only asking what the retainer fee was. She kept being rude until my husband started speaking Spanish. DO NOT RECOMMEND a consult or anything with her.

I am terribly sorry that these people misinterpreted my comments. First, at the time that I asked for a person to person interview, i did not know that the person that i was speaking to was from out of state. My practice is to interview clients face to face whenever possible. Secondly in a complicated child custody case, which this case initially appeared to be, it is impossible for any lawyer to quote a retainer fee until they have some idea the extent of work that needs to be done. The interview of the client should tell the lawyer the extent of the work that needs to be done. To do otherwise would be irresponsible of the lawyer. Quoting a low retainer without knowing the full extent of the work that needs to be done to do the job right, sets the client up into falsely believing that the true cost of litigating the case would be less than what it will ultimately cost. To be honest and fair to my clients i insist on knowing the full extent of the work necessary before I quote a fee. It is very unfortunate that these people were a little impatient and wanted answers to questions before I had enough information to give them the answers they wanted. I would be more than happy to discuss their problem further and give them their answers once I have all the information. I am honest with all my clients and am careful not to say something to them until I know for sure it's true. I remain committed to vigorously represent all my clients for a fair and reasonable fee.

FIGHTS LIKE A BULL DOG

Roseline Feral is our family attorney. More than once, we have needed her services. In each instance, we were more than pleased with her results. She is knowledgeable and professional. She communicated frequently and clearly about the status of the cases. With our little involvement, she made su...re all necessary actions were handled to completion. Because of her expert skills, she was able to reduce court fees to less than expected. She is an excellent attorney. I would confidently refer any of my friends to her if they were in need of her services.
