Emily Rose-Weber

Emily Rose Weber represented my loved ones as a public defender because we didn't have the money to hire an attorney. My loved ones was falsely accused of a violent crime but was wearing an ankle bracelet at the time. The ankle bracelet is a GPS device that tracks the movement of an individual wear...ing it. To prove his innocence she simply had to present that proof so that it would show he was not at the place at the time the plaintiff claims. This evidence she failed to bring forward. She convinced my loved ones to plead guilty which would be a second strike for my friend. So did somehow scraped together the money to hire an effective attorney. My loved ones only spoke with her twice while he was in arcerated for over three months because he had a difficult time reaching her. She told me that she doesn't tell him what to do but that she only lays his options out before him. It seems she laid out some options, not all options. We were most unsatisfied with her representation. And I noticed how she giggled with the D.A. as I overheard her mention to the D.A. my presence in the courtroom that day. I'll sum her up as totally ineffective.
