I am not sure how she is as a criminal lawyer but as a family lawyer, definitely a FAIL. Unfortunately she does not appear to have a grasp on the subject matter involving family law; she surrounds herself with incompetence; and she is argumentative to the point of egotistical. I understand that fu...lly grasping the law can be a life long challenge, however this lawyer acted more like a fish out of water in which I feel I ended up paying much towards her family law education. I wish it was just money that I had laid out but I also lost a lot of time, spent a lot of energy and did not fare well in regards to a precious piece of property. On more than one occasion it was requested that I provide information that took usually hours to prepare to only have it not included or used at all. I am really not sure that she didn’t mean to use it or it was accidentally left out by her or her staff since none of them ever seemed to have a handle on anything. One staff member didn’t have the ability to transcribe a single sentence...tried several times but just couldn’t copy a sentence...from one source to another as it was written, and even filed court documents with the mistakes. As far as bedside manners go, I get that some lawyers are a bit gruff, but hopefully they have the experience to back up their demeanor and make it work for them. That was not the case here. Family Law issues can be extremely emotional and are usually during a time where your life is being somewhat upended. The last thing that I wanted and even more so expected was to be yelled at and argued with and explained to by a lawyer who thought they were so right even when they were so blatantly wrong. A little humility would have been greatly welcomed.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND OBTAINING HER COUNSEL! The 1st draft of the declaration she wrote for me demonstrated that she is an excellent listener & I believe part psychic as well. It perfectly described the situation & explained how there was no way I was guilty of any of the charges filed against me!... She made sure I was involved & aware of how she was building my defense, so when it came time for my day in court I wasn't nervous at all & was well prepared to testify. She even offered to let me do some of the legwork to gather evidence & prepare some of the documents for my defense. That saved me an enormous amount of money doing that myself! She was more than happy to do all that work herself, but I really appreciate her offering to let me do what I was comfortable with so I could save hundreds of dollars & be more aware of how the court process works. She made sure we met prior to my case so I was aware of what to expect & how to best represent myself in court. She was very honest during our prep-meeting & asked me some tough questions to make sure I was going to be comfortable defending myself under attack. She met every deadline she told me she would, was on time to every one of our meetings, updated me every step of the way & quickly responded to all questions/requests I had. On top of that, she is helping me prepare to represent myself in small-claims court (b/c you can't have an attorney in small-claims), so I can recoup the costs inflicted upon me by the rotten individual who brought the false charges against me. I saw that she not only worked extremely hard on my case but all of her other client's cases as well! She truly went above & beyond my expectations! I swear that everything in this review is the truth, the whole truth, & nothing but the truth! I was blessed to find her to represent me & I know everyone else she helps feels the same way! Needless to say, she won my case for me. **Also, prior to obtaining her counsel she took careful time to hear my situation & give me a free consultation to advise me what my best course of action would be.

Having a son with severe drug addiction and facing multiple criminal charges is a parents worst nightmare. Roseline was a miracle worker! She was able to do what no other attorney has been able to do. Roseline was relentless in negotiating the best deal for my son criminally. She also was instrum...ental in guiding him into seeking addiction treatment. Roseline is great at returning phone calls, keeping you informed as to the status of the cases, laying out her strategies and most of all just a great caring person. I can't say enough about her level of expertise with criminal cases. if you are in serious trouble criminally..Roseline is the one for you.
