I have lived in, and practiced law in San Diego County for over 32 years. For the first four, I was a prosecutor. After that experience, which gave me great insight into the prosecutorial mind, and led to many lasting relationships with court personnel, judges, and career prosecutors, I went into private practice, emphasizing criminal defense, representing those injured inj accidents due to the negligence of others, and military defense inbcluding courts-martial, and administrative discharge boards. My office staff has many years of experience, and speak fluent Spanish as well as English. I make myself available to my clients for emergencies via my cell phone.
