If you are a well-prepared, organized client looking for a sharp and capable attorney, look elsewhere. My experience with Warren Paul Beck was incredibly frustrating and a massive waste of time. I initially reached out to his office with a highly detailed inquiry, clearly laying out the facts of my ...case, the evidence I had compiled, and my timeline. I explicitly laid out the information he was seeking in my email and a follow-up voicemail, and I made it perfectly clear: if this information changes anything, call me. If it didn't, there was zero need to waste my time. Instead of reading the material or respecting my time, he called me anyway just to ask, "What did you want to talk to me about?" and "What information did you want to share that changes my mind?" He had all the information right in front of him! It became immediately obvious he just loves to hear himself talk. During the call, he tried to manipulate the situation by putting on a fake, altruistic act, claiming he "didn't want to take my money" as if he was doing me a favor. It wasn't a favor; it was a cowardly, lazy excuse from an attorney who clearly doesn't want to do the heavy lifting of actual litigation. Worse yet, he is the type of lawyer who constantly interrupts and talks over you. He tries to project the image of a "hard-nosed attorney" getting to the point, but the reality is much more transparent: he uses interruptions as a defense mechanism. The moment he realizes he is dealing with a client who can out-logic him, who comes prepared with receipts, and who sees right through his boilerplate excuses, he just talks louder. He is an attorney coasting on his past decades of experience who lacks the bandwidth or the courage to take on a real fight. Save yourself the headache and find a lawyer who actually listens, respects your time, and isn't intimidated by a competent client.

Terrible lawyer. It will be 2 years since I hired him and all he's done is send the other party 3 emails. So I guess I paid $1,000 per email. Every time I ask him what he's doing for the last 2 years, he doesn't answer. Also, I have talked to him on the phone only once (although Ive tried to call doz...ens of times) and that is when he was pitching me to be my lawyer. Ive even had to file a complaint with the state bar to get him to respond to emails. Do yourself a favor and dont hire this crook
