Biography
Criminal law specialist, by the California Board of Legal limited to criminal defense (no divorces, civil law suits, or anything other than criminal law).
The legal fees charged by our firm are not cheap. However, once we are retained on a case, if the case needs to go to trial we will work with the client to agree to trial representation at a much lower cost than would be called for on a strictly hourly basis. Our firm likes to try cases, we think people should be able to have their day in court if they do not want to accept a plea bargain.
I enjoy teaching trial techniques to other lawyers and law students, and writing articles on specialized areas of the criminal law, for the education of other California lawyers.
