I hired Lisa Damiani in 2016 to help with a serious workplace investigation into allegations against me, that was conducted by attorneys hired by my employer. Her efforts amounted to the exceptionally smooth handling of an extremely serious, difficult and stressful investigation. From collecting and analyzing documentation, through to helping with interviews in terms of preparation, assistance during the interviews and follow up afterwards. She kept me focused on what had to be handled and when, and to work through the process efficiently, but firmly. In the end it was incredibly successful. But, only with the truth and a great attorney at my side.

I sought council from Lisa Damiani over wage discrepancy and a potential class action lawsuit against my former employer. During and after our consult I was reassured that she would notify me within one week on whether she would represent me or not.
I followed up multiple times reminding her of my deadline to bring a suit and received no response. After no response for several weeks I lost the opportunity to move forward with my actions, because of Damiani's inability to respond in a timely matter.
However, I received a notice two months after our initial consultation from her firm that she would not be able to take on my case..... I was absolutely dumbfounded as to why she would bother contacting me with this letter after two months of absolutely no outreach.
All Lisa Damiani had to to do was tell me initially (or within agreed upon time frame) that she did not have time for my case, which would have afforded me time to find another attorney who actually respected my time.
I definitely do not recommend Lisa Damiani to anyone looking for representation.

Lisa is what you would expect from a lawyer that has been in the business as long as she has. You know the phrase, you get what you pay for? This is so true on so many levels. Prior to Mrs. Damiani I was referred to a friend of a friend much cheaper that ended up Mal practicing in my case, almost causing a major nightmare. Lisa took my case literally with 2 weeks before the deadline. She came highly recommended to me! – I would like to highly recommend her to anyone that is serious about getting results and want’s them the first time. She started off on the civil side then it moved to criminal and she quickly shifted gears and has been on top of her game keeping me up to date and even contacting me via her personal cell. That is unheard of from an attorney. Results speak for themselves.
