We highly recommend Alicia Freeze if you have a restraining order situation. We talked with at least 6 other attorney's about our situation and never felt the level of confidence and knowledge these other attorney's had with restraining orders until we talked to Alicia. This court process was painful and emotional for us, and Alicia was so patient, understanding, and immensely helpful. She was just the opposite of several of the attorneys' we talked to that were too businesslike and did not have a personal touch and did not give us the time and attention Alicia did. We felt very comfortable sharing our situation, details, and fears with Alicia. She was an excellent resource for understanding the law, and how we should act (or not act) to our every day situations that were occurring. This proved extremely helpful when it came to our court appearance. Alicia was totally prepared and this was the greatest day in court we have ever experienced. The judge basically had to reprimand the other side, and their lawyer was scolded by the judge for their awful lack of preparation and unethical behavior. What a feeling of relief and a huge victory Alicia won us! We were awarded a 2 year, strictly enforced restraining order against a creepy neighbor that had been harassing us for too long. No more! I initially contacted her on a Sunday for my matter. I didn’t expect a response till earliest Monday. Attorney Alicia returned my call within 15min literally on a Sunday. That right there really impressed me. Then we talked for quite sometime, and she genuinely really cared and wanted to help esp...ecially since I have 2 young kids involved. This RO was quite the process as the respondent was avoiding service. Despite the difficulties serving the respondent, she was able to get the job done. After several court dates and with the overwhelming evidence we presented to the court they granted my request for the RO. My wife has kidnapped our girls to AZ filed an OOP in AZ and used the restraining ordered from AZ to buy time and eventually fled the country and from abroad she again filed another restraining ordered in San Diego after the OOP in AZ was dismissed.
