Client was a convicted sex offender for a prior indecent exposure. He was charged with a second indecent exposure and the offer was prison. Client maintained his innocence and stood firm on not pleadin ... g guilty. We believed him and supported his decision. There were issues with the purported victim's credibility. At trial, the jury knew he was a registered sex offender, as well as having a prior that was the exact same charge as the one he was facing now. After the week-long trial, and only a few short hours of deliberation, the jury came back: NOT GUILTY. It was an emotional win.
