My wife has kidnapped our girls to AZ filed an OOP in AZ and used the restraining ordered from AZ to buy time and eventually fled the country and from abroad she again filed another restraining ordered in San Diego after the OOP in AZ was dismissed. It was a big mess of war including custody and visitation. My soon to be ex refused me access for months in contacting our girls. I was heartbroken and confused. She fought and fought back very hard against the opposing counsel she dismantles the opposing counsel arguments and won the restraining order allegations on December,17th,2020. the judge completely dismissed the restraining order and ordered my girls back to the USA and grant me unrestricted contact with our girls. From the moment I met with Alicia she was on my side working tirelessly to help me have the restraining order totally dismissed and get back my girls and that is exactly what she did. She saved my life and she is still working upon bring back our girls to the State as I write this review. I found Alicia Freeze via Internet search approximately 1 1/2 years ago. It was a time of much fear, agony, worry. My significant other was having custody issues with his ex-wife, and while simply trying to visit his daughter at the Ex's home...she set up the most extreme scene to get him in trouble.... Mind you, out of extreme jealously of me and the child we have together. He was unfortunately incarcerated, and was facing some pretty big legal issues. Alicia came to our rescue and she wouldn't give up until we had the settlement we wanted. Alicia has so much perseverance, amazing judgement, creativity and research skills...she impressed us all so very much. Besides having a business relationship with us, she became a great friend and was always concerned with our well-being during the hard times. Alicia was truly amazing. She helped me tremendously throughout the entire court process. I filed for a move away order to take my son with me to go live with my husband. My ex is a very mean person who would threaten and harass me. I definitely needed someone to calm me down throughout the process a...nd reassure me. Alicia was straight forward with me. I had one of the biggest trials of my life custody-visitation and we had over 2 months to prepare. My ex wife refused court orders for over a year. I needed to prepare a response and when I finally got it 2 days prior to court she plagiarized most of it from my previous lawyers. We get to court and t...he judge admonished her for submitting it late. I previously warned her that we should turn in all paperwork per the court but she kept saying don't worry about it. Refuse to submit eveidence I know would have affected the outcome because she was too lazy to deal with it. When time for court she was late, refused to follow the judges orders on cross examination and kept going on and on about irrelevant issues in an attempt to cover the fact that she did not know the case. To add further insult she claims she forgot one of my motions - what lawyer forgets about a key motion.The judge was clearly annoyed. In short she was completely unprepared asking me to provide cross examination questions. In the end I had to ask the judge if I could speak on my own behalf because of her incompetence. I would have been better off pro per. Do not trust Ms. Freeze with your family court matters. I am more than disappointed and this has changed my life. Clearly this was too much for her and she should have said so instead of taking my money.
