I am really glad that I found and hired Alicia. She has always been timely with her responses and easy to get a hold of through email and text. She did such a great job with the lead up to my CHRO and the actual hearing. My situation was extremely tricky as 3 different cases were tied together with a... CHRO, DVRO, and Family Case. Alicia was so helpful with navigating this mess and pulled off great arguments in court that won my civil harassment restraining order. I really felt at ease during court with her there, even with this being my first time ever being involved in a court matter. She made it simple and really made it difficult for the other lawyer as she was able to get many objections that left him speechless. I initially contacted her on a Sunday for my matter. I didn’t expect a response till earliest Monday. Attorney Alicia returned my call within 15min literally on a Sunday. That right there really impressed me. Then we talked for quite sometime, and she genuinely really cared and wanted to help esp...ecially since I have 2 young kids involved. This RO was quite the process as the respondent was avoiding service. Despite the difficulties serving the respondent, she was able to get the job done. After several court dates and with the overwhelming evidence we presented to the court they granted my request for the RO. If the pandemic is not horrible enough having a domestic violence charge against you is devastating to life and health. One phone call to Attorney Alicia office makes all the difference, when I call... her office, she immediately answered the call and offer to meet with me at her downtown office during the COVID-19 lockdown in San Diego, I was amazed at the energy and confidence she has shown toward me and the case. My wife has kidnapped our girls to AZ filed an OOP in AZ and used the restraining ordered from AZ to buy time and eventually fled the country and from abroad she again filed another restraining ordered in San Diego after the OOP in AZ was dismissed. It was a big mess of war including custody and visitation. My soon to be ex refused me access for months in contacting our girls. I was heartbroken and confused. But honorable Alicia steps in and brought in direction and a winning strategy on ways to overcome and win the restraining order. Alicia told me your girls are coming back home from abroad to you. She fought and fought back very hard against the opposing counsel she dismantles the opposing counsel arguments and won the restraining order allegations on December,17th,2020. the judge completely dismissed the restraining order and ordered my girls back to the USA and grant me unrestricted contact with our girls. From the moment I met with Alicia she was on my side working tirelessly to help me have the restraining order totally dismissed and get back my girls and that is exactly what she did. She saved my life and she is still working upon bring back our girls to the State as I write this review.
