A former Assistant Attorney General, RMI, I have more than 20 years experience as an attorney.
I enjoy developing personal relationships with my clients. Immigrating family members can be a stressful experience. Success in case processing makes all the difference in the lives of each family. I want cases to proceed with as little stress as possible. I have an experienced staff. We all work together as a team.
Our firm is devoted entirely to family immigration matters. We have obtained more than 11,000 visas and green cards for fiancées, spouses and children, as well as IR visas for parents, through the USCIS and overseas consulates; stateside green card adjustment of status cases, including for foreigners in the U.S. undocumented or out of status; 601 and 212 bar waivers based on illegal entry, over stays, and certain crimes.

Issues with Allan Lolly
I hired beginning in Summer of 2008. Allan S. Lolly and associates (at the time Holmes & Lolly, but now Allan S. Lolly And Associates) to assist in obtaining a visa for my wife. Allan S. Lolly mishandled my case throughout the entire process. I would not recommend this firm to anyone.

Replied last March 22, 2011This former client already posted a negative review with Avvo 6 months ago. His recitation of the facts were disputed by this office and remain in dispute. This second, more recent posting can be for no purpose other than to attack. It is manipulative. Repeat negative comments like this run afoul of the spirit and intent of consumer feedback. One consumer, one comment. This posting is in bad faith.
