I have had an excellent experience with this firm. Although the government has complicated our process a bit, wrongly closing our I-129F petition, Allan S. Lolly and Associates managed to get the USCIS to reopen it. The firm was also willing to complete the whole CR1 process for us at no further char...ge, other than the government application fees, even though it wasn't even their fault our I-129F was closed in the first place. I can't imagine how I would've gotten through all this mess on my own. I'll update this review further once we've received our visa, which I have confidence we will receive given how Allan's firm has gotten us this far. Thank you Allan!

I Hired Allan for a K1 Fiance visa at first they were so nice untill they received their money and my fiance was denied visa due to not acting fast on out behalf we lost the visa and they closed our case. After that we never heared from Allan and his staff any more and was told sorry to hear your vi...sa was denied--so all that I paid for the laire wyer went down the drain. Other lawyers will refund you if they can't help you---Allan took the money and forgot us. Now I have to hire another lawyer to help us and pick up where Allan left us hangenning. After one year and a half I'm still waiting for my fiance to get approved no luck yet. We have to file again and come up with more money that we don't have---I hope some one will read this and help us I don't have any more money not even for uscis to file again. I will never recommend Allan Lolly to help you bring your fiance to usa cause they will not act fast on your behalf and make you do all the work for them--all Allan staff do is fill out the forms for you as you can do that your self for free He is all talk no action.

Allan, it never really hit me until we went to the interview- they actually deny these visas. We saw people being turned away and the atmosphere was tense. They would not let me into the consulate, so I waited outside. Your support gave us a psychological advantage. Everything was in order and my... fiancee was out the door approved. What a relief.
