Terrible experience. Incompetent staff.

Allan runs a terrible lawfirm. Working with them was traumatic. My case was delayed for over half a year because of my paralegal Tami's incompetence. She simply forgot to file something and kept blaming it on Covid delays, even after the fact when I caught her in the lie. I found much more help speak...ing with other people on visa journey which is how I caught her mistake. I would have been better off doing it myself especially when Tami made countless syntax and spelling errors. I was constantly having to look over the forms myself and fix mistakes. I was working with a much better, more responsive paralegal until I signed the contract and paid. Then she was abruptly fired and I was moved to Tami. Tami would never allow phone calls, not even an initial consultation. She explained away every concern I had and lied about my case being processed when it wasn't because she forgot to file a form. I wonder what would have happened if I never caught her in the lie. I trusted that a lawfirm would know better than me but thank goodness I did my own research in the end and caught her mistake. Although I really shouldn't have to. I spent money to hire a lawfirm to reduce my stress and in the end Allan S Lolly and associates brought me more stress than I ever would have had in the first place.

I'm sorry you had that experience. I checked with Tami who cannot think of which client complained like this because I wanted to follow up. Tami rarely misses any form submission. She's been with our firm for 20 years and has a great deal of immigration experience as my paralegal. Perhaps things are as you say. It helps for me to investigate and clarify the problem. You are welcome to call me so I may better understand. Allan

Consultation and hire A S Lolly

The firm has a very professional and caring staff member who seems to be honestly concerned with my immigration petition. There has been no consultation fee charged to speak with the attorney. This truly sets Allan S Lolly firm apart from so many other immigration attorneys. Truly remarkable has I h...ave consulted the office on more than one occasion and received genuine hopeful advice for the future. I will be retaining service soon. Thank you sincerely

CONSULTATION SOLD ME

Ms. Garcia immediately called me back and spoke to me in depth regarding my complex situation. The consultation was free while other attorneys wanted $100-$400 just to speak on the phone for 40 min no knowing if they would be able to help me with my situation. Ms. Garcia outlined all I needed to do t...o greatly increase my success rate while giving me hope when I thought all was lost. Payment plans are available and very easy to do allowing anyone on a budget the opportunity to be with their loved ones. I am proud to say I will have Allan S Lolly and Associates representing me and my fiance. Anyone looking for any immigration help look no further.

Thrilled with his whole team!!

Mr. Lolly and his office were absolutely fantastic to work with! My immigration case started out a bit complex but Mr. Lolly handled everything very well! He assured me that our case was not a problem and that we would be able to work around and/or resolve every issue we had. He offered me a free con...sultation which was important to me. It proved that he was confident in not only his abilities but those of his office. He reassured me about my case and we began. I began to work directly with his paralegal Taylor who was fantastic. She always responded to me questions and concerns (And i am sure there were many with my nervousness of getting things done) in the same day and always answered me back with great information. When she was out of the office, someone else stepped in to assure me the receipt of my documents and to answer questions. The team assisted me not only in securing a CR-1 visa for my husband but also advised me of how i could expedite my requests, how to handle the interview and now have offered guidance as to what should be done once he arrives. I was nervous to hire an attorney that was not living in the same state as me but i had read good things about his office. They definitely confirmed everything I had heard about them, Kudos to Mr. Lolly and his entire team!! Muchas gracias!!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
