A former Assistant Attorney General, RMI, I have more than 20 years experience as an attorney.
I enjoy developing personal relationships with my clients. Immigrating family members can be a stressful experience. Success in case processing makes all the difference in the lives of each family. I want cases to proceed with as little stress as possible. I have an experienced staff. We all work together as a team.
Our firm is devoted entirely to family immigration matters. We have obtained more than 11,000 visas and green cards for fiancées, spouses and children, as well as IR visas for parents, through the USCIS and overseas consulates; stateside green card adjustment of status cases, including for foreigners in the U.S. undocumented or out of status; 601 and 212 bar waivers based on illegal entry, over stays, and certain crimes.

They never call back despite leaving many messages and calling
Called them and typed in a message, they initially said call end of October it’s really sad because we need a lawyer and they specialise in AWA cases we’ve just wanted a consultation to go ahead but they won’t even call. Would not recommend such a firm. Imagine they do this after hiring

Terrible experience. Incompetent staff.
Allan runs a terrible lawfirm. Working with them was traumatic. My case was delayed for over half a year because of my paralegal Tami's incompetence. She simply forgot to file something and kept blaming it on Covid delays, even after the fact when I caught her in the lie. I found much more help speak...
