A former Assistant Attorney General, RMI, I have more than 20 years experience as an attorney.
I enjoy developing personal relationships with my clients. Immigrating family members can be a stressful experience. Success in case processing makes all the difference in the lives of each family. I want cases to proceed with as little stress as possible. I have an experienced staff. We all work together as a team.
Our firm is devoted entirely to family immigration matters. We have obtained more than 11,000 visas and green cards for fiancées, spouses and children, as well as IR visas for parents, through the USCIS and overseas consulates; stateside green card adjustment of status cases, including for foreigners in the U.S. undocumented or out of status; 601 and 212 bar waivers based on illegal entry, over stays, and certain crimes.

Replied last August 23, 2012This comment is false. The client wanted to move quickly and paid a deposit on a Friday afternoon with the understanding that we would start that same afternoon so he could work over the weekend, a good arrangement. On Saturday, he complained that he did not receive our initial client packet on Friday after he paid the deposit. I offered to drive to the office with my assistant and get the packet out on Sunday morning and then investigate on Monday the problem. He responded by email to terminate services. On Monday, my assistant reported that she did in fact begin correspondence with the client on Friday as agreed and there was no bounce back. I felt there was enough effort on our part to show good faith and I wanted to speak by phone with the client. I did not feel there was just cause under the circumstance to terminate services and wanted to try and smooth things over. His response was to post comments like this in multiple places. There was no effort to take further monies and so the comment is false.
