A former Assistant Attorney General, RMI, I have more than 20 years experience as an attorney.
I enjoy developing personal relationships with my clients. Immigrating family members can be a stressful experience. Success in case processing makes all the difference in the lives of each family. I want cases to proceed with as little stress as possible. I have an experienced staff. We all work together as a team.
Our firm is devoted entirely to family immigration matters. We have obtained more than 11,000 visas and green cards for fiancées, spouses and children, as well as IR visas for parents, through the USCIS and overseas consulates; stateside green card adjustment of status cases, including for foreigners in the U.S. undocumented or out of status; 601 and 212 bar waivers based on illegal entry, over stays, and certain crimes.

Lacking in personal service and knowledge
Allan Lolly & Assocs. represented my wife and I in an immigration matter. The whole process felt like an immigration mill; we were treated like an account not like clients. He did a sufficient job (she got her green card so I can't say he failed us), but I just felt that I could have found a better...

Replied last August 23, 2012This client felt he was not given enough attention. I am hired to help with immigration matters only. I am not a tax expert and cannot give tax advice, only immigration advice. I refer clients who need tax advice to consult with my accountant as needed. Most clients easily understand this and no phone call is required to understand. Generally, I try to be helpful and share what knowledge I have. I step in and help where needed, by email and phone. At the same time, we charge a flat fee for services and so I need to be efficient. I also must be careful not to give advice on areas with which I am not familiar. I don't know tax.
