Biography
My practice focuses almost exclusively on sexual harassment and sexual assault litigation, representing employees who have been harassed and/or assaulted at work or by a co-worker, supervisor or manager. Aside from sexual harassment and sexual assault cases, I also handle pregnancy discrimination, gender discrimination, race discrimination and related claims involving employees in all industries. I also have specialized in LGBTQ+ litigation representing individuals who have been harassed or discriminated at work.
I live in Long Beach, California with my wife and three children and am licensed to practice in all courts in California.
