Kyle smith is the most caring , compassionate and competent attorney I have ever seen .
Kyle represented me on a criminal case appeal. I was utterly satisfied with the outcome of my case . he also informed me of a new law that had just passed that would have been a dream come true for me . He completely handled that so quickly and efficiently as well . He is incredibly hard-working ,knowledgeable ,competent , caring and creative in his approaches . The out come of my cases were all in my favor and I know for a fact that this would not have happend without Kyle Smith as my attorney. he was there for me always taking time out of his day to call me and explain things to me , answer all my questions very patiently and never rushing me. I am for ever greatfull to him and I would recommend Kyle Smith to anybody who wants A conscientious and truly good and solid attorney that will get them each and every possible favorable out come .

Attorney Review
We needed a power of attorney right away for our uncle. Mr. Smith responded to our request quickly. Not only was he knowledgeable, he was able to tailor the power of attorney to our uncle's unique situation. Mr. Smith was very honest with the information he provided to us and made sure that we were all well-informed of our rights. I would highly recommend Mr. Smith to anyone who needed an attorney.

Professional and Dedicated
I was a client for a civil case. Kyle is one of the hardest working, enthusiastic professionals I have ever employed. He is articulate and creative. His briefs are well constructed and researched. He prosecuted my case vigorously navigating the judicial system easily. I prevailed over defense demur because of Kyle's scrupulous detail and preparation for court hearings. Kyles's dedication to my interest was obvious from day one. Defense's million-dollar legal team was embarrassed by Kyles's command of the law.
