I have been a long time resident of Southern California's Inland Empire.  My law practice focuses on helping people and businesses in the Inland Empire. 

 

My family and I returned to Rancho Cucamonga after spending seven years in Provo, Utah attending undergraduate and law school at BYU.  I have been extremely glad to be a resident of Rancho Cucamonga and have enjoyed my associations with community members.  These associations have brought great joy to my life.

 

I enjoy playing basketball, skiing and working out.  But more importantly, I enjoy spending time with my kids, coaching soccer and serving those in need.

Mr. David Ricks was awesome. I went in for a consultation and even though he wasn’t able to help me and my family out, for various reasons, he gave us the most priceless legal advice yet. He pulled no punches with us and gave us invaluable information that no one else had even thought of giving us. I regret who we had hired and wish that we had known about him first because we would have retained him instantly. For anyone out there that’s looking for an attorney of his specialty, I would highly recommend Mr. David Ricks.

Highly reccomend
Mr.Ricks took on my case against a well know big name. His knowledge of the law and his professionalism makes him very good at what he does. Defense tried to have my case dismissed in every way possible without success. Mr. Ricks was dettermined to get me justice. During trial he was remarkable in his style and presentation of everything. He returned a jury verdict in my favor for over 9 million dollars. The defense never offered a dime. He is in my opinion a ausome trial attorney and a man of good morals. He takes pride in his work and has compassion for his clients. His team is great and kept me updated regularly. You cant go wrong with his firm. Walking into his office changed my life forever.

I personally want to take this opportunity to thank David Ricks and his entire staff for the unbelievable support and encouragement during the last three years of my malpractice lawsuit. The staff and David were always there to answer all my questions and help direct me in all the right directions when needed. I have been hospitalized 20-plus times since my incident and the staff was always in touch checking on my every need, we had many days of tears and many days of prayers but they were always by my side. David assured when the time had come that I received the maximum amount plus much much more. Excellent Service, Honest, & Straight Forward
We retained Mr. Ricks for a business matter and he handled it efficiently and effectively. His knowledge of the law was strong and his approach very straight forward. Excellent attorney

David ricks is one of the very few lawyers worth his salt!
Running into a complex real estate legal problem was very difficult and time consuming. David kept the case moving foward and kept the pressure on. Ultimate victory was at hand when he delivered the clean, concise blow to opposing counsel with organized, thoughtful remarks.

Disappointing Experiecne
I spoke to Mr. Ricks on the phone and he sounded like a decent man. He said come in for a meeting but could not see me for a week. So, I scheduled an appointment and came to see him. We discussed the case, and he said he would send me the retainer agreement shortly. A week went by and did not hear from him. I followed up; then he replied he was too busy to take on my case. In all fairness he recommended other attorneys. However, I chose to find another lawyer on my own. This was not a contingency fee arrangement; therefore, I was very disappointment he was not forthcoming and wasted 2 precious weeks since my deadline to take a legal action was fast approaching. He seemed like a descent man and I have been thinking whether to give this review, but I felt I have a moral obligation to share my experience.
