I sue employers for illegal discrimination and/or creating hostile work environment under California's Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA) or under similar federal law. Protected characteristics include, but may not be limited to, age, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, disability, race, national origin, and religion. I also sue for retaliation if an employee is retaliated against for making a complaint about discrimination or a hostile work environment.

I sue employers for labor law violations including minimum wage violations, overtime violations, meal and rest break violations, wage statement violations, waiting time violations, mis-categorizing an employee as an independent contractor, mis-categorizing a non-exempt employee as exempt, PAGA claims, whistleblower claims, FMLA/CFRA leave law violations, and more.

I sue employers for illegal sexual harassment under California's Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA) or under the federal law. I also sue for retaliation if an employee complains about sexual harassment and then experiences any retaliation. I also sue professionals who sexually harass their customers, which an also be illegal.

I sue employers for wrongfully terminating employees when permitted by law. In California, employees can be fired for almost any reason, or no reason, but there are a number of exceptions where an employee has a right to sue. I also sue for wrongful constructive discharge (where the employee has quit, but only because the employer made the job intolerable).
