Biography
Mr. Visco began his legal career in 2006 as a prosecutor with the San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office. While with the district attorney’s office, Mr. Visco handled thousands of misdemeanor and felony cases and quickly rose through the ranks. After assignments that included misdemeanor trials and felony preliminary hearings and trials, Mr. Visco was promoted to the hardcore gang unit, where he was primarily responsible for prosecuting serious violent crimes including assault, burglary, robbery, attempted murder and murder. Now as a criminal defense attorney, Mr. Visco uses his experience as a prosecutor to help the criminally accused fight for their rights.
