Skibby: 1 My record: 0

Skibby is down to earth, dedicated and a professional. After giving a small fee (for my dui case), he took care of all the nitty gritty for me. I never had to attend a court hearing. He took care of it all. From beginning to end, Skibby was informative and a gentleman. I can leave this review, by s...aying that I have absolutely NOTHING on my record! Thank you Skibby! Case DISMISSED!

Great Job Brian

When I received a one year license suspension for DUI, I got a hold of Brian Skibby, I found him on the Internet. Brian got the suspension reduced from a year to a month, plus 5 months restricted to driving for work related activities. The field breathalizer test result was .09, the drawn blood resul...t was .10 - both results were over the legal limit. Somehow Brian managed to get the charges reduced to wet and reckless. I never had to appear in any court, and he kept me informed every step along the way. The money that I saved from the lower fine and lower insurance costs, due to the reduced conviction, more than covers his legal fee. Brian did a great job for me, he has my thanks and my recommendaton.

Out of State Felony DUI

Brian, did a exceptional job on a Felony DUI case. He was able to mitigate the terms to 3 years Probation, Compact Interstate aggreement. He was outstanding getting to this result. He kept the issues simple and to the point. I would and will use his services again. 5 months to go on Probation.... I highly recommend him, very cool and collected attorney. I think he'd do a super job in working a Felony expungement.

"I have known Brian since 1998. He and I worked at the same firm for many years before we went on our own. Brian is an outstanding criminal lawyer who loves the law. He was the resident expert on recent developments in criminal law for the firm and alwalys impressed me with his knowledge. Brian fights to the death for each client and leaves no stone unturned. He is a very people oriented lawyer which allows him to develop good relationships with the DAs. and this in turn permits him to make great deals for his clients. He is also more then willing to take the matter to trial if need be. If I was in trouble I would hire Brian. I enthusiastically recommend this attorney for any criminal matter."

DUI and DWI lawyer | Apr 27

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"There are many knowledgeable criminal attorneys in Southern California. However, I have never met one who is as well versed with the intricacies of DMV procedures following DUI convictions as Brian Skibby. The notion that "Driving is a Privilege and Not a Right" was clearly not invented by anyone who has ever lived in Southern California. If you are ever in a position where you are forced to give up your license for 3 months -- or, even worse, for a year or more -- you will learn this the hard way. Without a way to travel to work or support your family, your life will quickly spiral out of control. This is where Skibby excels. He can help you keep your license, keep your job, keep your family, and keep your life. I have known Brian for over 12 years and I whole-heartedly endorse him for all criminal matters, in general, and for DUI/DMV matters, in particular. There is none better."
