Can't go wrong

As a business owner our priority is to have everything under control and have the best attorney to represent us in any legal issues. After searching for an attorney we had the good fortune to come across Yousef he as been able to help us in all our business legal issues with out any problem he as bee...n crucial in making our life and business easier. I highly recommend Yousef as he is knowledgeable, friendly (when is on your side) and is extremely responsive. Definitely worth it to reach out to a professional in the first place who is experienced and who actually cares about helping you to get back on the right track.

Unlawful eviction Mr. Monadjemi helped me with and won!

Landlord tried to evict me and my girlfriend without a legal reason. I needed to find someone to help me in one day. Yousef was the first one who got back to me and was ready to meet me the very next day after we spoke as he was planning to have the day off. I had a very bad feeling about everything ...until the moment I met him. He was so confident and gave me the feeling of security I needed. His actions were right on point as there was nothing he would get surprised of which told me he was very very experienced. He was more than professional and friendly with us in court as I was proud to have someone like him represent me. I knew I made the right choice with him. He gave no space to the opposite side to act and took the case to a full victory. If I ever need someone to help me in such situation, I would never even think of hiring someone else but Yousef Monadjemi. From all my experience with lawyers, he is the most reasonable and honest person you can get help from. He is simply brilliant! He will win your case!

Lanlord Collecting Rent on Illegal Unit...

I rented a unit that didn't have a working heater, had plumbing issues and other repairs. I didn't know about these repairs until we actually moved in. We notified the landlord about these problems several times. Landlord was attentive to our complaints but it stopped there. Nothing was done. I r...ented an illegal unit but didn't know that it was illegal unitl the lanlord had given me a 3-day notice to pay rent or quit. Because of the illegality, I chose to quit. However, I didn't vacate within the 3-day notice because I didn't have a place to go. It's been 1 month and 1 week when I finally left the place. Now, this previous landlord wants me to pay back-owed rent plus the 1 month and 7 days I remained in the unit. I didn't think it was fair that landlord make me pay for EVERY SINGLE DAY that I stayed packing when all those months that I was a tenant, NO SINGLE REPAIR was done. I didn't know how to respond to my previous landlord. I didn't know exactly what rights I have, if I have any rights, so I finally consulted a lawyer, Mr. Monadjemi for help. Mr. Monadjemi returned my calls and email right away. He agreed to see me in his office even when it is already the end of office hours. He explained the law about implied warranty of habitability and about collecting rent on illegal units. With Mr. Monadjemi's knowledge and assistance, I was able to respond to my previous landlord's demand accordingly.

Experienced and knowledgeable attorney!!

I called Yousef at the last moment to help me with an eviction from my landlord. He took the case with no hesitation one day before the trial and was extremely reasonable with his fees. He thoroughly explained all of my options and was able to negotiate an agreement with my landlord so that I was abl...e to remain at the property. I was very happy with the outcome, Yousef is a great attorney, I would definitely hire him again if needed in the future. Thanks Yousef!

Great Attorney!

He was such a great help to me! I had an eviction notice from my apartment and he help me get trough it. Very straight forward, kind, and really understands and he actually will really help yOu. He's not the type tO just take you money and leaves you hanging. I really recommend him if yOu ever need h...elp in this type of case.
