"Miscalculation" led to big problems

Our company hired Mr. Monadjemi to represent it in a civil suit. Everything started fine until I told him the company was struggling financially and would not have more money to put into this case. He told me that he thought we should get through the first hearing and that we had already paid enough... money to cover that. He came back a few weeks later, well before that hearing, and said the money was gone and he needed more to go through the hearing. Nothing had happened with the case during that time. I asked about his statement that there was enough money to get through the hearing. He said that a lot had happened with the case that took up the money, but refused to tell me what specifically had happened. He did not provide me with any paperwork and the court did not receive any communication from him. He flat out refused to tell me what we had paid for. Then he came back and said he had "miscalculated" how much money was left when he said there was enough to get through the hearing. So first he said there was enough money, then there wasn't but he couldn't tell me why not, and then he "miscalculated". I told him that we had him keep working under the assumption that there was enough money and would not have made that decision if he had not specifically stated that he would take it through the hearing.

The results I needed

I was erroneously added to a lawsuit in which i had no involvement. I was told by other attorneys that I would have to wait it out and follow any course of action required i.e. deposition, mediation, etc. I was very upset and needed a solution. I was referred to Mr. Monadjemi by a business partner. W...e had a brief phone conversation, i shared the facts of the situation, he researched and called me into his office within a few days. He explained to me all scenarios and came up with a strong course of action to resolve the problem. I am please to say that not only did he get me and my corporation dismissed from the lawsuit, he was also able to recoup any fees i had paid. After this experience and outcome, I would never look elsewhere for legal counsel.

Thorough, assuring.

Mr. Monadjemi was very thorough, knowledgeable and most importantly, calm and collected. It is never an easy thing to deal with courts and law and Mr. Monadjemi really kept his composure throughout the process and help guide me through it to a very satisfactory ruling. Unlawful eviction Mr. Monadjemi helped me with and won!

Landlord tried to evict me and my girlfriend without a legal reason. I needed to find someone to help me in one day. Yousef was the first one who got back to me and was ready to meet me the very next day after we spoke as he was planning to have the day off. I had a very bad feeling about everything ...until the moment I met him. He was so confident and gave me the feeling of security I needed. His actions were right on point as there was nothing he would get surprised of which told me he was very very experienced. He was more than professional and friendly with us in court as I was proud to have someone like him represent me. I knew I made the right choice with him. He gave no space to the opposite side to act and took the case to a full victory. If I ever need someone to help me in such situation, I would never even think of hiring someone else but Yousef Monadjemi. From all my experience with lawyers, he is the most reasonable and honest person you can get help from. He is simply brilliant! He will win your case!
