He said he would take on my case for a flat fee of $700, which i paid, he then told me it was returned due to unsuficcient funds. He then said to pay via paypal, which i immediatly did, but little did I know, he reran the check a week later, kept the papal money, AND the check funds, thus double cha...rging me without my knowlege! He did nothing for my case, not even write a decent letter with the proper information on it or making a phone call. I would up settling the dispute myself and firing him due to the manner in which he called names and refused to settle thing properly and ethically. DO NOT USE HIM.

Best Unlawful Detainer Defense in the SFV.

This review is for anyone dealing with an unlawful detainer /eviction situation. THIS IS THE MAN YOU NEED TO RETAIN!!! Other than his prices being very reasonable, he has the innate ability to put your situation at ease during these difficult times. He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to your... rights as a tenant, and will do everything in his power to see that you come out on top. Just be clear on what it is you would like resolved, and he will be right there with you every step of the way. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

"Miscalculation" led to big problems

Our company hired Mr. Monadjemi to represent it in a civil suit. Everything started fine until I told him the company was struggling financially and would not have more money to put into this case. He told me that he thought we should get through the first hearing and that we had already paid enough... money to cover that. He came back a few weeks later, well before that hearing, and said the money was gone and he needed more to go through the hearing. Nothing had happened with the case during that time. I asked about his statement that there was enough money to get through the hearing. He said that a lot had happened with the case that took up the money, but refused to tell me what specifically had happened. He did not provide me with any paperwork and the court did not receive any communication from him. He flat out refused to tell me what we had paid for. Then he came back and said he had "miscalculated" how much money was left when he said there was enough to get through the hearing. So first he said there was enough money, then there wasn't but he couldn't tell me why not, and then he "miscalculated". I told him that we had him keep working under the assumption that there was enough money and would not have made that decision if he had not specifically stated that he would take it through the hearing.

Quick Eviction process

very easy to communicate and Fast response. Whole eviction process was quick and right to the point. I would definitely work with him again.
